Ian walked into the shop and up to the counter. "Chocolate in a cone please." He said. They made his ice cream and he took it and paid. He went and sat at one of the tables, happly licking his ice cream. "AH!! Brainfreeze!!!!!" He said.

Lela had walked in after Ian and got a peanutbutter icecream. She saw him yelling about his brainfreeze and sat across from him.
"Hey, need some help?" She asked giggiling, but certianly willing to help him. He was actually kinda cute. She closed her green and gold eyes in a sweet smile before tapping him lightly with her wand. |

Lela grinned and shook his hand.
"I'm Lela O'Neal, may I sit down?" She asked before actually sitting down. She felt it was always polite to ask before sitting. She looked across the table at Ian before taking a bite of her peanutbutter ice cream. "So, you don't bite?" She asked alittle playfully. |

He laughed. "I'm not a vampire, or anything, so if I do bite, not worries." He smiled stupidly before licking his ice cream. "Ohhh, Hogwarts student?" He asked.

"Yup, and you?" She said a sly grin on her face. She licked her ice cream happily looking at him. She felt releaved to be around someone for a change, it was better than no one and he was really nice and cute.

"5th year too. Ravenclaw, yeah I'm a freakin' brainiac." She said. She began to balance her ice cream on her hand. It toppeled over onto her lap.
"SHIT!" She yelled as she jumped up. She knocked over someone who was walking by as she spun around to apologize she tripped and fell. "Oh shit..." She said trying to catch her breath. |

Ian sat his ice cream down and quickly went to help her up. He pulled out his wand and cleaned up her spilled ice cream. He held out his hand to her. "You okay?" He asked, extremly worried.

She took his hand and got up.
"Yeah, thanks..." She helped the person she knocked over. "I'm sorry." She said with a hurt look on her face. She moved behind Ian, alittle afraid if the person she knocked over was gonna yell at her. |

The person told her it was okay and walked off. Ian turned to look at her. "See, its okay. No one is mad." He pulled out a chair for her and waited for her to sit down. "I'm in Gryffindor." He said.

She sat down and smiled up at him.
"Thanks alot, Gryffindor eh? All brave and whatnot?" She said watching him sit down. |

"Yeah, and a little too cocky for their own good." He said with a laugh. Everyone said he was way to cocky for his own good. He simply called them blind.

She looked him over and smiled wrinkeling her nose in a cute way.
"I don't think it's that bad. It's actually kinda cute." She said. She fluffed her skirt alittle and crossed her legs. She leaned against the table. "So, you ready for the school year?" She asked. |
