Randy Zhepigan, who only a few days ago was "Spiritual Guidance Counsler", is officially gone from Yakasani. The goverment are the only people who have a say in who the next Counsler will be, if there will be one at all. Randy Zheps last words in Yakasani are written on a plaque in the super tree, saying "It was me who ate the sushi at your gas stations..."
