Mysts would like to propose the creation of the "League of Charis Nations Devoted to Maintaining Peace" the LCNDMP, Mysts willa ct as this alliaces first and founding member, the alliance will act to try and diplomatically settle any struggle before it forms into a war. This stanhds as just a propasal until another nation joins which will result in the formation of the alliance.

The Council of Mysts will accept Paradica's request. Although Paradica is currently involved in a type of war it is allowed because their position is one meant to maintain stability within the region.

Actually, Paradica has not done anything in the war, though you are right that it intends to.
