National Information Pages, Like they have in Aberdeen...

In Aberdeen, there is a section of the forum called "National Information" where people put up a concise collection of facts about their nation (not history) I think that could be useful here, especially for RP purposes. Go check it out if you want a better understanding: National Information

Ah that's a great idea. So basically like a factbook for your nation. This would help a lot when it comes to RPs.

Maybe we can have a forum called 'Nation Factbooks', and then have the history and national map forums be sub-forums of it, for easier organzing. (The national map forum can stay where it is if we wanted that)

Sounds like a good idea. I only have a history of Soma and no maps at all but I would very much enjoy writing my factbooks!

Mhm...this is a good idea. And that forum thing, I'm just wondering, if we make a National Factbooks forum, which the sub forums are National Maps, History and National Information, where the Regional Map will go, as well as the regional plot.

Well, we could make a regional information page for Charis, then the regional map stuff could go in the sub-forum, or they could go (along with the info page) in the "Getting Acquainted" forum.

Why not just use NSwiki for this?

Because it's a separate site, it's a bit finicky sometimes, and making a well-organized and attractive NSwiki page takes more practice and time than just writing something here on the forum.

True but an NSwiki page can be read by anyone and is generally something you should have anyways.

I have one for Soma that hasn't been updated in ages...I think I should go work on it now...

And I still think these factbooks are a good idea.
