I have a question that I wish someone would answer. What the fuck colour is the sky on the planet where Judges live?

A piece of human waste was sentenced yesterday for running a child porn site. He was one of the key administrators and purveyors. Key. Guess how long he got? 3 and 1/2 bloody years. Yeah. There is a great deterrant. I am thinking the death penalty and they give him 3 freaking years.

Tell me how on God's green earth that can be considered punishment. :angry:

I think that is hilarious. The funny part is that someone who steals money from the compant where they work would have gotten ten years. Or those guys who beat animals. Yet there is no justice for someone who victimises children.

I know a guy here in Edmonton was charged for 3 or 3.5 years for that recently. Are we talking about the same person?

Yep. That is the slime that I am talking about. That freaki judge needs to be shot right along side the crown prosecutor who made the deal.

Did he get some kind of plea bargain? Or, did they just count his pre-trial custody as time served?

Nope, they gave him 3 and 1/2 years because he entered a guilty plea (hard not to since they caught him literally red handed) and helped them catch more.

I don't care if he danced on his head naked and let them beat him. He should have been shot. I am a firm believer in the death penalty in cases of Child Porn.

Down the street the other day, my kids noticed an old man in a wheelchair taking his dog on a walk. My kids wanted to say hi and meet his dog, so I let them and we had a short visit (less than 2 minutes) so my kids could pet the dog.

No sooner did I get and have a notice flyer from the Police department (Megan's Law here in California) that a convicted sex offender lived in my neighborhood. The cop talk to my wife and sure enough the same sick fuck in the wheelchair taking his dog on walk was this child molester who evidently spent years in jail for molesting young boys. I also learned he was in a wheelchair because one of the parents got to the guy first before police and did a number on him.

With my blood boiling at this point, I calmly talked to my kids to instructed them to please run and to stay away from the man we had met if he comes up to them. My daughter looked at me with an innocent look (she is 7) and asked "why daddy?". I only told her that he hurts children and the that the Police talked to you your mom about it.

Urgggg! Why are people like that even allowed back into neighbourhoods with kids. Why aren't they spending their miserable lives in some penal colony or concentration camp. Lord knows they deserve it.

evidently he spent quite a bit of time in prison. he was released and then moved to our area. I saw him as I left for work this morning. His only requirement is that he can't live more that 2,000 feet or something from the nearest school, but can live where he wants. He also has to register as a sex offender which is why we were notified.

...............he is just a reminder of what is wrong with the world.

No bloody way!!! I can't believe it! The criminals have more rights than the victims or the public!!! It makes me sick. I come from the province here in Canada that spawned the nation's most notorious sex offender, Karl Toft. He's now out living and roaming around the city of Edmonton. My brother once saw him at the movie theater, which by the way was playing the movie Mystic River which has a pedophile in it who molests a child. Did he report that to his parole officer???? Freak.

If there were any justice, he would be publicly humiliated, then privately tortured before being publicly executed. Christ, why do we have to be so civilized here in Canada?
