Aww....That was a sweet hug/kiss. Niz obviously have genuine feelings for each other. Nik could not get away from Rebecca fast enough and Liz could not get away from Lucky fast enough either. It's so s i l l y how they are both forcing themselves to be with someone they don't want to be with. Just tell the truth and be together. Geesh!

When Rebecca leaves, can she PLEASE take Ethan with her! I can not stand one more second of that neanderthal.

I have to admit when Liz was kissing skinny Lucky and thinking about Nik's sexy hot body, I sure couldn't blame her for rushing to be with Nik. silly There's no comparison imo.

JJ's first airdate was today. Don't know when NL is leaving but it can't be soon enough for me.

Liz's fantasy of Nik kissing her on the gambling table cracked me up. :lol: The actors had to pretend that nothing was happening. Niz's real kiss on the docks was very sweet but why would they kiss in such a public place? Luke saw them. Of course NiCo liked to kiss on the docks too, and Liz and Lucky both saw them.

I just watched the last third of the episode on YouTube.

I had to laugh at the NiCo music being used to essentially re-enact Liz catching Nikolas and Courtney on the docks 4 (!!!) years ago. Well, at least she understands better now, huh? lol

With Natalia out, it looks like they're going full on triangle with Lucky, Liz and Nikolas. How exciting! I'm actually torn for once. lol

Another very sweet, tender & caring Niz embrace on the docks. I just love those scenes, it shows there is more to Niz then just libido. _inlove

Even though I hate fist fights I really loved how Nikolas literally SPRANG into action & clobbered Ethan after he punched him. :P And IA whenever Rebecca leaves town she needs to take her toothy buffoon with her.

OMG JJ doesn't look any different except for patchy facial hair, which doesn't make him older at all, just a little wierd. :( I think JJ's return will be a flop because everybody else has grown up and & he still looks like a kid.

I think Ethan's a goner. He was brought in as a psuedo-replacement Lucky (he even looks like a beefier version of JJ imo) and now he's redundant. He and Remily can sail off into the icky sunset together.

One can only hope they both leave together. Just as long as no on dies its all good. While I would like nothing more than for Becca to suffer for all the bad acting and that god awful eyeliner, Nik would ultimately be blamed and I don't want that.

It is very jarring after watching Greg for so long who looked like a grown up. JJ still looks like a kid. He looks s i l l y next to Liz and Nikolas. It's extremely difficult for me to see how any woman would choose a skinny little kid like Lucky over a sexy man like Nikolas. There's just no comparison.

Roxie, Niz really do have the best hugs. There is so much emotion in those hugs.

JJ certainly has a different body type than Tyler or Greg, but he doesn't look childlike imo, just sinewy instead of beefy. He's already playing Lucky more intuitive and passionate than GV ever did and that's far more important to me than how he looks with his shirt off.

It is ridiculous thinking of him as a cop though. They're going to have to do something about that.

After watching, I am definitely in the camp that thinks JJ has more sex appeal than GV. At least as Lucky, anyway. Maybe it's his acting style--how he puts so much emotion into the scenes--it makes me feel like Lucky actually is repentant for his past crimes. Or maybe it's just because he's not the face I associate with the past crimes, lol! (Not that JJ's Lucky doesn't have his own set of past crimes, but I mean the recent stuff.) Anyway, JJ actually has me sympathizing with Lucky a little bit. But I don't like that. I like it better when I hate the other guy with a passion and can root for my guy 100%. Right now I'm also a little pissed at Nikolas for being with Rebecca for no reason. She needs to go.

For once I approve of the NiCo music being used for another couple! Lol! NikoLiz does have similarities to NiCo. I think the music goes along well with that sentiment of it being impossible to fight off those romantic feelings of falling in love, even though it makes things very complicated.

I was hoping you'd feel that way about the music, Susie, because I felt the same way and felt a little guilty about it. silly

Another thing I've noticed is how much more real the emnity between Luke and Lucky is now because I so vividly remember JJ's Lucky's extensive arc when he found out about L&L's rape and how it irreversibly changed their dynamic, but that's been lost over the years along so many other important relationship touchpoints. Now it's serving to make Lucky look like that much better of a "father" for taking responsibility for Liz's two little mistakes, which used to REALLY bug me btw, him being so territorial about it, but now I like it. I'm also glad they're bringing up some things from recent history (Jake "betrayal", drug abuse, etc.) that can tie him to the current state of the canvas, but I hope they let that go soon. I don't want to associate such unpleasantness with JJ's Lucky.

Greg seems like a super sweet guy and I know he's classically handsome in a Fabio way, but that just doesn't cut it for me. His acting was painfully bad. Like Susie said, now we get words AND emotions. Before, we were only getting words. It's like night and day.

I'm glad that you guys are enjoying JJ's Lucky, but I can't stand him. I never did like him. Yes, there's no doubt that JJ is a much better actor than GV, but after watching JJ as Lucky again, I remember why I never liked him. His constant angry outbursts and judgemental attitude are still there. Nik barely said anything to him and he was jumping down his throat. I always thought that JJ's Lucky needed some anger management classes. And the Lucky/Liz scenes are exactly as I remember them.....so boring that they put me into a coma. I don't feel any sympathy for Lucky and I never did. He annoys me way too much. I'm already at the point where I will probably FF all non-Nik Lucky scenes.

I don't mind NiCo's music being used for Niz because their dymanic is very similar. They know they shouldn't be together, but they can't help themselves. I'm actually very surprised that BH has done such a convincing job of showing how much she is drawn to Nik because I never saw it with Jason. The romantic/sexual chemistry between TC/BH has really taken me by surprise after years of nothing but a friendship vibe. I wish tptb would recognize a good thing when they see it. It's not easy to find 2 actors with such good chemistry.

Not having watched the JJ Lucky years except in clips, I am intrigued by his acting choices. He is very intense and passionate. That was something that poor Greg could not pull off. Greg was very good at sweet love scenes. He could do love stuff really well...but when the scene called for other emotions, he lost me.

What I noticed was that the character of Lucky Spencer just go lost during the GV years. I know many of you hated Jacob as Lucky, but I started watching GH again after many years when he took over the role and he was never back burnered like GV was. He always had some kind of a story going on

He had many scenes with Luke and even Laura before she was carted off. Poor Greg was treated badly I think but maybe the writers were not happy with the way he interpreted their writing so they just made him almost like a day player. I use to hate that because Lucky Spencer should be front and center.

In regards to Niz being similar to NiCo, I was trying to say that before bur could not really find the words. The script is pretty much the same..Courtney felt guilty over Jax but Nikolas pursued her until she could not deny him anymore.

Spoilers say that there is a scene coming up where he kisses and pins Liz up against a wall. I immediately thought of NiCo on the docks and also during Love Jones

If he picks her up and carries her up the stairs with her straddling him..the similarities will be complete LOL
