try going to blending options then goto blending options default: then turn the opacity down till it blends in kind of, try that

I had already saved over the PSD before I relized to turn down the opacity. :/

lol never save over the psd just rename a to a new file like yourfile is your psd and yourfile2 or yourfile3 could be your gif , jpg
