TotA is definitely the best out of the ones I've played. Then is Legendia (so funny, great story, just lacking in its battle system), and Symphonia and Phantasia tied for third. I've played Eternia, but only just a little, so I can't place it on here.

Nyah, well I want it to come here too...but all I know, is that it's not sure yet XD. The place I checked, they said that 'Tales of the Tempest' will come out in Europe, but no Tales of the Abyss release has been announced...yet... XD

WA: PSP version of ToE? And it's sorta impossible for me to find that game. Then again, I agree on Legendia's Battle System.

XD Tales of the Tempest is a cool name...but unfortunately for me it's on the DS. I guess we'll just have to wait. But it seems weird to me that a game from Japan wouldn't be released in North America while it's released in Europe. As far as I know you people have more inhabitants and probably more inhabitants who have the money to pay a console and videogame. XD

No, the PS1 version that came out in 2001. I'm not allowed to import for some reason. o_O Yeah, ToL's battle system was too simple/easy, and mostly button mashing, compared to the other recent Tales games. Not sure on the PAL release of TotA, there hasn't been news on that lately. TotT is not a good Tales game. The Japanese didn't like it. It's only around 11 hours long, I think. No voice-overs for dialog, and the graphics are kind of like legos >_>. Also, I think the gameplay could have been better, since they only used the touch screen for menus. -------------------- |

I'm surprised there are still games out on the PS1. Oh well... And in Legendia, the bosses were a total killer. (Especially Dark Senel and Shirley. >>;;;)
That explains why Tempest isn't coming to US... I wonder why it's going to Europe, that's what I'm concerned about. I mean, if the Japanese didn't like Tempest, then what's the point in releasing the game to Europe if Namco knew that they won't make much money? Complicated company... Sometimes. Anyway, back on topic, I think everyone is completely far...but does anyone know how to defeat Arietta and her monsters? I can't be 'serious' about anything I say when it comes to Tales games, seeing as I don't really keep track on what's happening and which games comes out here and not. I just checked on a Norwegian forum what others had said, where they claimed TotT came out in Europe because of another site that had claimed that that game came out somewhere in 2007 for both US and Europe XD.
Anyway, I can't really say much, I've only played ToS because, something I shouldn't say, I just find most of the characters in Tales games looking...just...weird O_o;. I haven't bought ToL cause of the characters in it so... XDD But I want TotA, because that game looks kinda neat. So...I hope that game comes out here. XD -------------------- |
