Obsessions of the Evening., {layla/zoloh/woobik/serena} [private]

[Layla]

Yellow orbs cast a sideways glance to the new lands, as the doves's silken nose of a muffled ebon descended heavenwards in restless acknowladgement. Layla placidly shifted his weight upon the blinding snow-blanketed loam, causing a small chorus of crackles beneath her pads. Layla snorted contently. These lands were rather beautiful once you had viewed their entirety. Muzzle dropped and swayed lightly as she continued to rip strands of muscle and flesh from her latest kill. The hare was soon picked clean, jaw coated thickly with its blood.

Well-rounded auditives fluttered boredly towards the silence. Plush banner remained low and limp, her thick paws gently massaging the earth as she rose. Muzzle lifted to the heavens, inhaling the almost intoxicating scent of death. Her own forest bordered thus, as if the two foliage-areas were indeed one. There was no border to tell you when to retreat, making Layla one happy bad-girl. Of course she had yet to find a wolf on her terrain. Though it would be nice when one happened to stumble 'pon the Alphena.

Layla trotted contently along the border of her lands, waiting just outiside of her terra. The scent of another had already reached her. A femme in the area, no doubt. She snorted. The Alpha began to pace back and forth, lips peeled in an unfriendly snarl. Whoever it was, they would have fun tonight. Much fun. Dark or not. It was now she waited. Patiently, thought she did not sit. Then again...she thought with a bit of a grunt. It could be male. There was that one I caught wind of that had been sneaking through my terrain. I bet he still thinks I never saw him. Kaily was his name, no? One of Woobik's little friends. She growled roughly, auditives flickering quickly.

[Serena]

Serena had finally reached the Delicate Forest. She was wandering why she was even here. "Well it smells like Layla, the alphess of Tainted Hearts is here. This is just odd. What is she even doing here?" Serena thought curiously as she lept away from the rock she was standing on. "Hello, Layla of the Tainted Hearts pack." She said with a smirk. Layla was two years younger than herself, but pretty strong the both of hem.

[Layla]

Layla managed to stifle a rather rude chuckle as she was adressed. It was Serena, Huntress of Woobik's band of happy-go-lucky wolven. Shaking her head lightly, the Alphena continued forth until she was neck and neck with the white femme.

"Well, well," she began in a taunting tone. "What have we here?"

She gave the other a smirk that could kill. Bleak optics ground into the others own, fangs barred and her whole frame beginning to rise. With a glint in her eye she stepped forth off her own lands and into the delicate forest.

"Serena of Lifted Spirits? A poor light coming to visit darklands? If you have not realized, this forest borders my terra." Layla gave her a gruff snort. "And what business might a bitch like you be carrying out? I hope not another pathetic spy mission like your brother attempted." Of course Layla knew they were related. They reeked of eachother.

[Serena]

"Well at least you got my name right." She snorted. Serena snorted at the darkland's female. "I'm here for no reason at all. It seems to me like you've been thorough hell and back!" Retorted the huntress. Serena growled as she showed her fangs. She might've been huntress but sure enough she could still fight. "If its a fight she wants, a fight she'll get!" Serena thought as the impure alphess began to speak again. "Young, yet so dark!" Serena thought again.

[Layla]

Layla snorted roughly. Auditives flickered once, staying still on her tiara now. Immobile jaws began to swivel slightly, allowing a silken snarl to erupt. She eagerly pawed the earth as she gently made a single, graceful circle around Serena. If you want to, I will she thought with a squinted eye.

"In fact..." Layla chuckled. "I have, and how observant of you." she gave her other a grin of impurity, licking her chops with a glint in her eye. Without another word the Alphena gave a curt bark: I challenge you. Fangs barred as she began to circle her opponent. Body dropped downwards to the ground, tassel straightened and back arched.

She lashed out once, gently pawing Serena to edge her on even more. Growling sharply, the Alphena made on sharp twirl, standing behind the huntress with little thought. It would be rather idiotic to accept her challenge, seeing as she was indeed the Alphess. Shrugging it off the fatale growled deeply now.

[Serena]

Serena barked back in meaning she acepted. But then she barked again, meaning what happens if I win and if I lose? Serena wondered whjat Layla would bark at her. "What shall this young alphess decide? I'm truely older and stronger than her as it is." Serena thought as she circled Layla, fangs bared, her white pearls showing. She was ready to fight for the pack! "Wouldn't this show Woobik something? But what?" Serena thought as she kept circling her.

[Layla]

Layla gave her opponent a quick grunt. If the Alpha had heard Serena's thoughts, she would've rolled onto her back and died of laughter. Serena, win? Hah! Even if she could overthrow me, who would become Alpha of the Darks? Zoloh could easily whoop her ass. Then I would whoop his and boom. Again I reign.

Layla smirked deviously, lashing out again, talons extended. Her muscular frame bristled up making her appear twice Serena's size. If the huntress tried the same, she would be smacked and Layla would walk away. Only Alphas could assume such positions. In fact, only Alphas were allowed to battle for land. Though it little mattered.

"Come on you old whore. Try and hit me. I must be better then you, if I can substain an Alpha position...and look. There you are. A meek, ancient huntress. You couldn't even take down a rat."

Layla snickered deviously, stepping back and out of her opponents reach.

[Serena]

"That rude old whore! How dare she call me that!" Serena thought as she assumed a great position. Her teeth still bared. She was ready to fight to the death! If Serena died she would still be alive in the hearts of the pack. Serena was ready. She was sapped and snarled at the alphena. She surely wasn't ancient just a older form of her little broth Kamario. She lept forward towards Layla, she snapped at her muzzel.

[Layla]

Layla gave a quick chuckle as Serena snapped at her. Slow old bitch. she grinned, pulling away just in time to avoid her hit. Nostrils flared in anger and enjoyment as she slipped behind her opponent, tassel wavering and contorting to fold about her muscular bod. "You can do better then that, no? Or should I just...show you how its done?" Layla asked with a grunt of satisfaction, before even she knew what she was doing, the Alpha lept, hoping to straddle the ancient (lol) and dig her talons into the flesh. If not she would land beside her and just bolt before Serena could move to attack.

She smirked now. It was all going perfectly well. In an instant, Layla paused. She would not pounce. She would wait. The Alpha would dodge all attacks thrown over her way. Well, best she could anyways. Stepping back quickly, she stood cattily on her own lands. "If you wanna tresspass to get me..." Layla gave Serena an intelligent grunt. If the femme dared place on paw...it was punishable by instant death. The Alpha began to laugh now.

[Serena]

"Tricks. Is that all you know how do you bitch?" Snorted Serena as she awaited what the alphess would snort in reply. "oung yet pretty crazy if she thinks I'll tresspass!" Serena snorted at her very own comment inside her head! She barked at the alphess daring her to come out and fight like a wolfess! "Come out here and fight truthfully like any other wolf would do!" She exclaimed angerly.

[Zoloh]

What have we here ..

Paws carefully placed before him, slowly gaining ground upon the two battling wenches. Eyes narrowed, spying Serena. He slipped from between two trees, hazy grey eyes focused on Layla with a furrowed brow. Oh what a perfect time to have just 'stumbled' upon them. Tail swung limply at his ankles, ears plastered sharply to his skull. He acknowledged Layla with a lithe nod, before sitting quietly.

[Serena]

Serena whiped her body around to see something gray, it must be one of Layla's allies. She sighed and turned back around waiting for the alphess to speak. Serena whiped back around and growled at the brute. Serena wasn't in the moment to meet one of her pack wolves. To be exact, she wasn't in the mood for anything to do with the Tainted Hearts pack! She kept her growling up between the brute and the alphess.

[Layla]

Layla gave a haughty chuckle, auditives flickering once. "Then you are not worthy of fighting me, Light Whore." she snorted, turning to Zoloh with a glint of malice in her eye. "Greetings Lead Warrior." Layla nodded stiffly, returnding her gaze to Serena. "Oh, Serena. You are outnumbered now. Darks don't play nicely, if you know what I mean..." Layla gave another quick snort, rising and beginning to slowly cross from her lands. "Lights are weak. Not even willing to tresspass when the blood lust consumes them...I do believe you are no light, Serena. Speaking like that is very innapropriate." she tutted loudly, that sick, twisted grin still forced on her muzzle.

She lazily sat again beside Zoloh. Thoughs overturned in her mind, distructive, intracate desires. Though they were extremely...vague. Layla could not sort them in time to really process them, thus merely tossed them out the window. At last rain to stave off the drought. she thought after catching Zoloh's whisper, yet as she gazed upon the bleak canvas...she saw nothing of the sort. The spring air was thick with humidity. The snow, yes, the snow. She nodded once, returning to Serena with a hint of lost intrest.

[Awful post. Bleh. Sorry, I'm really lazy and tired.]

[Zoloh]

A square of moonlight feebly covered the cold floor, shining through the thick canopy that hung over the place in which Zoloh had chosen to sit. Eyes stained as grey as the clouds before a storm flashed briefly as they beheld the scene before them, this cocky little bitch had a problem if she insisted Layla battle her. He scoffed as she growled at him, he topped it with his own, teeth bared and visage wrinkled in sudden displeasure.

That innate curiosity might have seemed out of place in such a specimen as Zoloh, he had come here to seek the answer to where Layla had fumbled off to. Looks like she had found herself something to keep her busy. He kept quiet for the moment, because of coarse he didn't want to interrupt anything. He was distracted by the sweet scent of water that seemed to have been building up in the air lately.

"Rain." he muttered in nothing more than a soundless whisper. He looked to the skies, not a single cloud obscured the brilliant blue. Perhaps it was simply the melting snow. He dismissed this thought and returned his attention to the two. He pondered over how to react to Layla's last few words. He simply growled again, there was no way Serena could hold a battle against the two of them.

[Serena]

Serena growled. She needed another light pack member and soon! She kept growling hoping another would soon come. Serena hoped that Blaqwynter would be the one to come, and quickly! Serena kept growling and snapping at the brute and femmora. She did not like either of them! Serena was ready, but only if the pack would come to help her!
