Last stop - the Italian base where we were treated to great Italian Coffee and chocolate.
 And then given a tour around the base  One of our group was an opera singer and he sang a well know Italian song which was greatly appreciated by the base staff.  We now travelled North away from McMurdo Sound, through the pack ice again.  And arrived in Christchurch, New Zealand.  |
