Adrian wandered down the hall, not really sure where he was going. He figured he might stop off over in the Library, he might as well get his assignment for Defence Against the Dark Arts finished. Blaise, regardless of his tolerance for Adrian in class because his position on the Quidditch team, wasn't going to let Adrian skip out on three straight homework assignments, and had made it clear to Adrian, that while he would never make use of a punishment that would restrict him from playing Quidditch for Slytherin, he could make his free time outside of classes and quidditch very restricted, and Adrian honestly didn't feel like testing Blaise to see if he was bluffing. He probably wasn't, but Adrian was sure that Blaise would relent if Adrian threatened to quit the team, or screw up the first match against Gryffindor on purpose. As he continued to think on, a smile emerging on his face of what he envisioned Blaise would say if Adrian threatened to quit the team, he was almost knocked from his feet by someone running down the hallway. One quick glance told Adrian it was a female, and the fact that the small bump had almost caused him to fall over told him that she was running far too fast. He turned, and yelled out at her. "Hey, kid, watch where the fuck you're running. You could seriously injure someone pulling a stunt like that, namely me." Adrian's glare was authentic, but he wasn't as mad as he made himself sound. He mainly wanted to scare this girl shitless, so that an incident of the same nature wouldn't interupt his perfectly enjoyable daydreams again in the near future.

(oh, mean lol) Rylie continued running and caught the slick spot, and her feet started going out from under her. She quickly grabbed at the wall, but it was no use, she fell, landing on her back on the floor, looking up at the ceiling. "Ow." she said quietly, not attempting to get back up just yet.

Have you ever wondered where you're going, and you don't remember where you've been?

Adrian was just about to go on his way, feeling that Rylie had learned her lesson from falling hard on floor of the corridor, but then he heard her arguing with someone who's voice was familiar. He turned and saw Sarah, standing a few inches over Rylie, and they seemed to be in the middle of a heated conversation. Not really fancying a huge screaming match, or worse, duel, erupting in the middle of the hallway, he wandered over to the two ladies, and stepped up next to them both, smiling.
"Now, running through the hallways is a very dangerous activity, especially when there people occupying them." Adrian stated simply, looking at Rylie while he said this. His gaze then slowly shifted to Sarah. "I'm glad you made sure she knew ho dangerous this sort of thing of is, like I shouted out there a moment ago, someone could have been severly hurt." He smiled, and turned back to Rylie. "Now, I hope not to see anything like this happening in the future, this is exactly the sort of behavior I'd expect out of a Hufflepuff student." Adrian smiled, and stepped back, leaning up against the wall of the corridor, feeling satisfied with his input.
