Reichstag special session

The members of the Reichstag had been called for a special session requested by the government Christiane Vooleeck was proposing that the Reich join the war effort against Dromund Kaas along with our allies. The Green party was utterly opposed to that proposal. Finally, the Reichstag approved the proposal to declare war on the neighbouring country of Dromund Kaas with the negative votes of the members of the Green party.

General Harald Vettel had been given command of the 20.000 men stationed at the Terespol border crossing at the DK-GDR border. He had recently leaved his position as leader of GRFOR Neo Venetia and was now requested to take care of those soldiers at the border. He was waiting for news from Berlin when a telegram arrived. War had been declared and an additional 1.000.000 troops would be sent in to the border. There were also news of three nuclear detonations on Dromund Kaas and they had been told to prepare for a possible nuclear fallout. General Vettel was there, wearing his NBQ suit, looking at the border and waiting for Operation Rising Sun to begin.

General Harald Vettel had been waiting for more than a month for the order to finally arrive. He was at his office looking at some papers and letters from soldiers asking for permission to have some free days at home. Suddenly, a telegram arrived in. The order had finally been given. Operation Rising Sun was beginning. The invasion of Dromund Kaas, a country more than six times the size of the Reich, was about to begin. General Vettel had been assigned a force 750.000 men strong and given the order to occupy a land area of 1.798.000 square kilometers. He stood up from his chair and went to the communications room to organise everything for the operation.

Herr general, the Duxburians have begun the invasion of DK sir!

Allright, then we'll join them. Our 1750 PzH 2000 and 250 Flakpanzer Gepard will bombard dromundian forces at the border while our 150.000 paratroopers are dropped down behind their lines. Then our 7500 Leopard 2s will break the enemy lines and attack directly. We'll ask for aerial bombardment support with VF-15s before we drop our men behind the lines.
