Is Catherine a red head or a blonde? In the show, it kind of changes, and can be hard to tell. And on the internet, there are so many conflicting messages! I personally have always thought that she is blonde. What do you think? What a trivial thing to wonder about, but it's been bugging me!

The actress is actually a RED-HEAD in real life.

She's often referred to as a redhead. It's like a strawberry blonde, I think. Light auburn. She definitely has the personality of a red-head, though.

I agree with Jen, Strawberry-Blonde, but I think it depends on what lighting they shoot her in wether or not it looks Blonde or Red. IMO.


I remember she was on that show "China Beach" and I'm pretty sure her hair was red on that show. I could be wrong, usually am!!.

In some episodes, she looks more strawberry blonde, and in others, she definately looks blonde, and in the earlier seasons, she looks like a red-head. Huh.
