Hi. If you read my "new person" thread, you might know that I have a gaming forum called Stellar Entity Games. Not that it's just video game stuff on there...there's also TV, Movies, etc., and we could really use some more members. I am the head administrator (Angel).

And is that a paid site? Meaning, did you guys pay for your domain?

We pay monthly fees.

We are planning to remove boards, add boards, replace the element system, re-do staff logs, put on new skins, upload new smilies, etc.

Ahhh, yes, a total overhaul. That's a lot of work.

This is a bit off topic, but do you know if they ban for advertising on TalkCSI? If not, I think I might promote SEG there...I know some websites ban people for advertising other forums.

They have a specific forum for "Websites" where you can pimp your site on Talk CSI. I have a thread posted about this one. They might not take too kindly to us just spamming the other threads telling people to come to our site, though. I always try to sneak in a reference and post the url whenever I post over there, though. It's an awesome board.

Hey, it's gotten me this far. People can't join your forum if they don't even know it exists. And from what I've seen about your site, it's got tons of cool things for people into gaming. You have a thread for just about every game out there that's worth talking about.

Oh so true. You never can, you can only make the best board possible and then stop micromanaging it and let it evolve. And if that fails, you can always remind people that it ain't a democracy, it's a dictatorship!

Thankfully, since gaming attracts more males than females to my boards, I can always use David Boreanaz as a threat. The deal is that if they don't post porn/babe pics, I won't post pictures of David Boreanaz.
