301 - Magical Combat and Self Defence The physical self-defense class, currently run by Tania Yates, is open to all. Students will learn a variety of self-defense techniques, including basic patterns from a variety of martial arts. Open to students of third-year standing, this class is alternately run by Meriel Magdaline and Hikalyn Sarello. Students will learn the basics of how to defend themselves with and against magic. Occasionally an advanced Magical Combat class will be run. Students may enrol in this class onlywith permission of the Heads. 306 - Shapeshifting The shapeshifting classes are taught by professor Tania Yates. An introductory class is available for students of at least second year standing. All the advanced classes are available only to students of third year standing or higher. 407 - Runic Magic and Divination This class is taught by Professor Melloy, and is available to first through fifth-level students, with an advanced segment available for those who have completed the basic lessons and wish to continue their study. 409 - Astrology Fundamentals of Astrology taught by Professor Beverly Daithi. This class is open to students of all levels. The course covers the basics of Astrological history, compatibility, charts and horoscope. 504 - Alchemy Students in this class will be introduced to the basics of Alchemy under the tutelage of Professor Atticus Pryce. The precise science of changing a substance from one thing to another, Alchemy requires both textbook work and practical application.
