Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 325 Member No.: 1 Joined: 2-July 05	So the Wii release is imminent, are you guys buying one? Im not interested in the slightest to be honest as ive never been a big Nintendo fan, and the waving about controller thing is a total putoff that i believe will have its novelty run out pretty quickly. What are your thoughts?

I was planning on getting one ages ago, then i started to think more when the fanboyness wore off, that the remote might be bad, or they may have few games avaliable for them like the Gamcube. however Zelda looks great as does SSBB so im still undecided on weather or not im going to get it but im sawying towards getting one, maybe not at launch but maybe closer to SSBB is due to be released

If so it removes some of the fanboy goofyness which i still feel will only really be a novelty thing. But i also imagine some games will come out with specific parts you need that controller for. Is Zelda such a game i wonder? Because i heard its really long so hours of swinging around is going to kill the average fatass gamer and i include myself in that analogy

Nappa Group: Members Posts: 51 Member No.: 62 Joined: 16-October 05	well Zelda was designed to be on the GC so it would play jsut as well with a normal controler than a reote if they wanted. I hope the wii does have a decent aamount of success, as peopel said the DS was to gimmiky although i still enjoy playing on that

But for launch they only have Zelda that seems anygood since Red Steel turned out to be very dissaopinting even tho it looked reallly good imo
