1) No copyrighted characters will be accepted. Ie. you can not play as Ed, Al, Scar, or even a lesser seen character like a random Ishbalan that was given a name. You may use the appearance, even the name of a Copy character from something DIFFERENT. But if history and such is nearly copied as well, will be told to edit drastically.

1a) If you want your character to have a history that includes a main character in FMA you will need to have permission from an admin.

2) Post a new character in the "Character Registration" forum. Someone will look at it and either tell you if you, you are approved, or tell you, you need more work.

3) Do not get in fights out of character, this only leads to bad things like flaming. If you have a conflict with someone get a Mod or 'Min to help you settle it. You are allowed to fight in character.

4) There is a character cap of 5 meaning you can only make 5 characters max. You can make two in the first two weeks you are here and no more then after that you can make a third and fourth, but you can only make your 5th after you reach 300 post count.

5) No obtaining items of great power, like the Philosopher's stone. If caught will be warned and watched severly.

6) If you wish to be a State Alchemist you must first take the test. The test can be taken in Central City. If there is a test in progress, wait a few weeks and a new one will be held. The test includes a 500 word essay detailing why you think you should be a State Alchemist, and the rest depends on number, skill, and effort. If you pass the test you will be rewarded both IC and OOC.

7) In all RP posts a minimum of 75 words is appreciated. However, it is not required. Honestly, 75 words is not too hard to write and it only adds to the experience and gives others something to play off of.

8) Speaking in a different language is allowed, ONLY if there is a translation under it, quoted, or next to it.

9) Please no HUGE Signatures, some people DO have dial-up.
9a) No youtube video's in your signature.
9b) No music in your signature either unless its paused at the beginning.

10) Each character is allowed to be in one city, and in each of those cities we would apprieciate it if you can stay in only 3 topics at once.

11) This roleplay is PG-16, please keep it that way. No sexual content in the forums, take it to PM please.
