Ok when i saw HexReplacer was released on FP i thought it was a god-send! But then i looked at the GUI and almost threw my computer out the window because it was just as confusing as hexing skins with a hex editor, the picture documentation that was in the thread didnt help me either because the guy who wrote it wasnt very clear in how you work it so yeah, i need some help because i have some skins i need hexed and i dont ask anyone to do it for me.
