Beauty and the Beast
There's a beauty and beast in everybody
Esme: Is a Beauty because she's so innocent and childlike. Is a Beast because she's experiencing lust...and a lot of it.
Rene: Is a Beauty because he's protective, charming, nice, and loves Esme. Is a Beast because he lusts after her, and is jealous of Prince.
Prince (real name TBD): Is a Beauty because he once was poor and ugly, and is compassionate, loving, gentle, quiet, &c. Is a Beast because he lusts after Esme, Child, Aude, and pretty much every female in the kingdom.
Aude: Is a Beauty because she wants to marry the Prince to help her grandmother. Is a Beast, well, because she's a "witch." *cough* If you know what I mean.
Child: Is a Beauty because she loves her family and Rene with a compassionate, mushy-gushy kind'a love. Is a Beast because she's jealous of Esme and Aude, I guess, in a way.

It really should be titled something more obvious.
Love & Lust
This story sucks.....don't it.....*sigh*

Things to do:
_keep writing it
_find a goshdern title

Statistic
I NEED TO FINISH THIS D<

Lovebirds sepearted due to WWII. The Sicilian man comes home mentally/emotionally unscathed, but he's deaf now (in *such* a realistic way....not....)

Things to do:
_keep writing it
_research if head trauma can lead to perfect mental health but deafness(Apparantly, it can, but only in special conditions... let's just say it was quite special)
_KEEP WRITING
_KEEP WRITING
_KEEP WRITING
_KEEP WRITING

The Dream
My Sue/Stu MASTERPIECE

Things to do:
_Keep writing
_Try not to throw up while writing it

Chicken-Fried Bologna
Country girl makes a promise to a country guy. Country guy becomes a world-famous doctor, comes back to small town because it's where the best Chicken-Fried Bologna is. (CFB = symbolic)

Something to write when I'm feeling mushy and it's a rainy day.

Things to do:
_Develop characters (like, names...)
_Keep writing
_Develop side-plots

Marie
Set during the French Revolution (first one) While everyone was naming their kids Freedom, Republic, Revolution, widow Jean-Camille Boulanger is finally conceiving. She is frail and expects to return to her Lord when the babie is born. With her last dying breath, she names her daughter.

"Marie-Anne Boulanger."

Things to do:
_Develop characters/side plots
_Keep writing
_Debate whether I'll even manage to write this

Mwahaha. Such ambition. XD

(No, really, i'm jealous. I'm having a hard time keeping track of ONE story, let alone two or three others.)

Wow. XD I usually concentrate on one story at a time. That, of course, leads me to get bored of it and start writing extremely substandard poems.

I admire your courage.

(And do NOT, under any circumstances, call it "Love and Lust." I realize this sounds extremely arrogant of me, but that is a very...cliche title.)

Unfortunately, "Beauty and the Beast" isn't much better. Maybe you should go check out that Titles thread we've got around here somewhere. Or you could do a poll for a title. *nod*

I liked "Beauty and the Beast." The title throws people off a little, because people usually think of a fairytale-ish story when they hear such a title. Instead, the meaning is much deeper.

(I dunno. It's kind of those filler titles, the kind you writer right away just so you know what you're dealing with)

You know what i hate? When you put in a filler title and then can never think of a better one and end up suing the filler title by default even though you know it doesn't really fit.

I never do that. I just sit and let the story stew in its own filth until I find a good title.

But by then, usually the filler title grows on me so I use it anyways.

I tend to change the stories of my titles a lot...They tend to get progressively better.

I can never think of good titles right away. >.<

I usually end up picking a random title that sounds cool, and then somehow linking it in to the story without meaning to. Why this works for me, I'm never sure.

I wouldn't really call it skill . . . more like dumb luck. Or else some weird subconscious thing that I don't understand. But definitely not skill.

Ahahaha. My writing muse has eloped with my drawing muse. The one time they cooperate, and it's to leave me. *sigh*
