This is a small issue but I wish to cover it as small things can become big things rather fast. Many people choose to use original art not drawn by them as reference pieces to their original characters. Now, simply using the picture once as reference (i.e. your character doesn't look exactly like that, but the piece covers basic features) in your application is fine. However, You may not use original art without permission of the artist in signatures, avatars, and other graphics. That is blatant stealing and will not be tollerated here. If you do recieve written permission from the artist, please PM me (Yuki-san) your original message and the artist's reply as confirmation and place a copyright to the artist within your signature.

And finally, if I see you going against this I will warn you, and if you do not fix the problem you will be banned from anywhere between 10-30 days.
