So my other story *remember ageha* is going to be canceled because it doesn't make sense to me anymore so i hope everyone enjoys this new love story between a exchange student named Joey and Keita tachibana from W-inds.!

Chapter 1 : New Friend


It was a regular Saturday morning for Joey when she received news from her aunt that she wanted Joey to go to Japan as an exchange student. In the background, Joey’s mom was arguing with her aunt.

Joey’s Mom: Japan is a very big city; Joey can’t handle that kind of life! Not for 2 months, she’d hate it!

Joey’s Aunt: How would you know if she likes it or not, I like it here! Give her a chance to grow up! It’s time for her to see what else is out there in the world besides hanging out with her friends and drive around in a pointless place!

Joey’s Mom: She’s my daughter *gets interrupted*

Joey’s Aunt: Exactly! You want the best for her!

Joey’s Mom: *sighs* alright, you win…I’ll help her pack.

Joey’s mom gets off the phone, turn to see that Joey is already packing

That is what Joey remembers from two months ago, she’d thought this experience in Japan was never going to end, but it flashed by in a blank of an eye. Here she was now, standing in Japan’s airport about to go back home. Something was missing…

*Just arriving in Japan*

Joey: Aw! It’s my favorite aunt! *hugs her aunt*

Aunt: Okay, follow me! Don’t get lost. *helps carry her luggage*

Japan in fact was a lot bigger then Joey had imagined. They finally arrived at her aunt’s house; Joey unpacked all her things and quickly fell a sleep as soon as she lay on the bed. Hours later, she was woken up by car door sound.

Joey: *peaks through the window* Auntie?

Joey saw a tall guy around her age carrying a large bag and a guitar out of a van. He waved goodbye very politely and walked into his house.

Joey: *thinks* Yes! An exchange student next door too! I’ll go over there and introduce myself tomorrow.

Next morning Joey runs downstairs for breakfast

Joey: Good morning auntie! Um… is there an exchange student next door?

Auntie: *confused* I’m not sure… I don’t really even know my neighbor. They are hardly home! And when they are, they are home for weekends and they come home really late.

Joey: *eating her breakfast* Well last night I saw a guy with a guitar walk in their, he looked like an exchange student so I’m going to introduce myself.

Aunt: If you want! You have to go to school on Monday. This is your weekend to prepare yourself.

After breakfast Joey got dress and walked over to her neighbors house

Joey: *peaks through the gate* Hello??

Joey walked into the garden and saw the residence’s sign –Tachibana-

Guy: *Japanese* Can I help you?

Joey: *turns around**shocked* Hi… I don’t know what you just said but… do you have an exchange student?

Guy: *Tries to speak in English* I do not have exchange student.

Joey: Were you the guy who had a guitar last night?

Guy: How you know?

Joey: Your car woke me up and I saw you. By the way, my name is Joey

Guy: *shakes her hand* Keita

Joey: *finally realize he has groceries in his hand* Let me help you!!!

Keita: No, it Okay!

Joey: *grabs two bags* No, I’m sorry to make you stand out here so long

Keita: Thank You *Open’s his house door* you an exchange student?

Joey: Yes, I am. Sorry I don’t speak much Japanese and make you speak English.

Keita: No! It fine, I understand you. How bout I speak English and Japanese, and you speak English and some Japanese that you know.

Joey: Okay! *Shy* Wait! Is it okay I bother you and stay?

Keita: No! Its fine, I have no plans today. *smiles* so are you my neighbor?

Joey couldn’t believe how hot he was and yet he was soooo sweet.

Joey: *hesitates* Yes. Actually my aunt is.

Keita: Oh, your aunt is very nice. I borrow her phone once.

Joey: * 0.0 * really?

Keita: Yes, it is weird but my friend Ryuichi wouldn’t pick up from my phone so I had to call from someone else’s phone. *laughs*

Joey: *laughs* what school do you go to?

Keita: Um… I have a tutor; I don’t go to school, school.

Joey: oh! What do teenagers do for fun here?

Keita: *finish unpacking his groceries* Want to go see?

Joey: You’ll take me! *surprised*

Keita: *laughs* Yeah. I was already going to meet my friends this afternoon.

Joey: Are you sure!?! Would it be okay with them?

Keita: More then positive.

Keita took Joey to meet up with his two other friends Ryuichi and Ryohei

Ryuichi: *Sees Joey* *looks at Keita* Mio’s friend?!?

Keita: No, she my new neighbor who’s an exchange student. Ryuichi, Ryohei…this is Joey

Joey: *smiles* Hi!

Ryohei: *shy* Hello! *waves*

Ryuichi: Why are you waving Ryohei…she is like 2 feet away from you. *Smiles at Joey* Hi Joey!

Keita: *separates Ryohei and Ryuichi* let’s go on the rides!

As they waited in line at the amusement park, Joey felt something wasn’t right, a lot of people stared at them. Joey didn’t know Keita, Ryohei, and Ryuichi were W-inds. . They were use to the attention.

Joey: *tugs Keita’s shirt*

Keita: Hm??

Girls start to scream: Keita! Keita?!??

Joey: *confused* why are they screaming his name!?

chapter 2: it's too deep


For a second, Keita, Ryohei, and Ryuichi didn’t know how to react. Keita didn’t want Joey to know they were singers. But when Keita turned to look, found that it was his cousin that screamed his name.

Keita: Mini! How are you?

Mini: Good, how are you ryuichi? *winks at ryuichi*

Ryuichi: *0.0* Good…

Keita: *raises his eyebrows* what’s going on, why are you here?

Mini: I should be asking you the same thing!

Joey: *smiles*

Keita: Oh! Sorry, Mini this is Joey, Joey this is Mini

Mini: *shakes Joey’s hand* Girlfriend??

Joey: no no, neighbors.

Mini: Wow, answer so quickly. It’s as if Keita is a disgrace

Keita: *heart sank* HAHAHA, funny.

Ryohei: *really shy because he likes Mini’s friend* you guys want to join us?

Mini: Do we? Um…I don’t know…do we Saki?

Saki: Sure *smiles*

And that’s how the season summer started off, drama free, care-free, and all there was, was the moment they were in.
After that day at the amusement park, Keita, Ryohei, Ryuichi all saw something different in each of those girls they liked. Keita fell for Joey, Ryohei had always liked Saki, and Ryuichi liked the attention he got from Mini.

School started and Joey, Mini, and Saki all went to the same school. They became really close friends. But one thing all of them didn’t mention to Joey was that Keita, Ryohei, and Ryuichi were W-inds. For some reason… there was never a time to tell her. Every evening after homework and dinner, Joey would hang out with Keita when he got home. It just became a habit.

Keita: Your Japanese has gotten a lot better!

Joey: Thank you! I try really hard *peace sign*

Keita: So when do you go back home?

Joey: At the end of summer. *signs*

Keita: So… does it bother you leaving all your friends?

Joey: well. I never really thought about it, I just wanted to leave where I live for a while. I was so happy when my aunt gave me that opportunity. Do you ever wonder what else is out there besides living this life? Like if this is the way you will live the rest of your life or is something waiting for you somewhere. Who is suppose to make you happy, what you are suppose to life for and who are you suppose to live it for. Keita why don’t you live with your family??

Keita: Well, my family lives in Fukuoka and I wanted to live here in Tokyo.

Joey: Oh… you don’t get lonely?

Keita: It does get lonely, when I’m alone I think a lot and it’s not good things, its depressing things.

Joey: *surprised* me too! I thought I was the only one that gets all up set. Don’t you have a girlfriend?

Keita: No, haven’t found “her” yet *heart starts to race* Do you?

Joey: Not a girlfriend, no but not a boyfriend either…not really

Keita: Not really?

Joey: I second guess about him and it’s not fair to him so I broke up with him before I got here

Keita: You’re so young! Your only 16! You don’t know anything about love *just realized how young she is…*

Joey: *starts to get mad* don’t say that! At least I tried and gave chances for things to happen. I tried to grow and learn. Just because I’m 16 doesn’t mean I don’t think. I’m sure I know more about caring for someone then you do.

Keita: How would you know?

Joey: Well, I would never doubt any one of my friends or someone I love. And that’s what you just did, you doubted me on loving someone. *gets up to leave* Good night Keita, I’m sorry.

Keita: walks her out the door

Keita stood there watching Joey go back into her aunts house. The conversation they just had made Keita feel out of place. It made Keita want to reach out for more. Never had he meet a girl that made him think this different side of life. The life Keita had on stage performances is a dream and thats the way Keita has been living ever since he got into the music business. But Joey brought Keita back to reality and somehow...He started to like reality much much more.
