The LLTTV toolbar is really sweet. I'm not into toolbars though. But dang, if I was I would definitely use the LLTTV toolbar.

Yes, its the same thing. Just IE one you have to install and the FF one is an Extension.

If your into toolbars, check out and install LLTTV's Toolbar.
More info: LLTTV toolbar is free and spy/adware safe. Buttons to everything LLTTV, 535 York Podcast and Tech Shows like TWiT, Diggnation, Digital Life TV and more. And RSS feeds right on the toolbar to TWiT Feed and Digital Life TV so you can get all the feeds right inside the toolbar, nothing else needed.
