When Apple started using Intel chipsets and processors in their Macintosh line, we knew it was only a matter of time before some company attempted to release a retail Macintosh computer that was unaffiliated with Apple Computer.
Psystar is that company with it's first attempt, the Frankenmac. Success of such a system remains to be seen and Apple will surely find a way to make it disappear. That is, if they are legally able.
