Neo means new, so Neodex means new pokedex! Members get to submit their creations, and they will get credit for them *restranes a cursing Angel*. Also, they may choose to have their made-ups in their posession. Also, Angel is allowing affys, so if you want to affileate, PM Angel or post it in the Forum! Oakie, signing off!
