We are a model engineering club, based in Chingford and run two railway tracks for public rides.
An elevated track normally running 5 inch gauge locomotives (can also run 3.5 inch gauge) and a ground level track normally running 7.25 inch gauge (and 5 inch gauge can also be used). We use live steam, electric and IC powered engines. From April to the end of September we run one of the tracks every Sunday Afternoon and during the school Summer Holidays, we also operate for public rides on a Wednesday afternoon.
