A variation on the exploding note, the pouches can be attached to a ranged weapon and then explode a few seconds later.

Duration: Can only be used twice per battle before they need to be replenished.

Dokuyaku (Poison) Vial
Description: A liquid based poison that when absorbed by the blood stream can prove fatal to a human being.

Duration: This can be used three times during battle before it needs to be replenished.
Special: Must know Dokusatsu no Tsume to use effectively with claws. This can be used with any secondary weapon without need of a jutsu.

Description
The Bowblade looks exactly like what first comes to mind. A katana blade attached to a crossbow grip for a hilt. The hilt is ingraved with an intertwining vine formation and the trigger looks as if it is part of the vine. The katana blade itself is extremely durable and allows for fluent close combat. However, you should not be thrown off by the blade, thinking it is only capable of close combat and worthless at long range. When the trigger is pulled, an arrow of chakra is shoot out through the blade, allowing the user to keep up if an opponent gets to far away. The sword was used by Barret's father who had placed in the attic after he got a newer, bigger version of the small thing. Years later, he decided that Barret was ready and was just trying to figure the right time to give it to him.

The storm is your weapon, the lightning like a blade under your control. The blades you weild are faster, sharper, and deadlier than the average person. Your affinity to lightning allows you to harness the true power of the storm in every blast of lightning.
Increases the damage of all lightning element jutsu by 10%, this applies to the base damage of the jutsu before any other boosts are applied.

Does this work?

Location: A forest outside of Konoha.

Elements: A large few forest, that is unique in the fact that it is one of few forests in fire country that has trees over 100 feet tall. The fall would be quite painful, as there are many branches on the way down.

Special Rules:

1.If someone is knocked from the trees at a reasonable height, they suffer x damage. (determined by judge)

Starting point: We both start our way on the ground, working our way up the trees as the fight progresses.
