Before battle:

Inuzuka Tokai never really shown off his stuff in his with with Shikaku Jasiri; That dissapointed him. He really wanted to show what he is made of. Every day after that Tokai trained and worked his way, struggling and scrambling to make it forward. Pushing himself to the limit every day since then. He made no break or stops in doing this. Somedays he even pushed himself way too far; faitgue and silence was all that rang in his eyes and ears. He was hopeful that he could show his power. He was ready for a new battle--a new chapter. Nothing was going to hold him back.

He stood upon the platform waiting for who was to show his or her face. Information about this opponent was scarse. All he knows was that it was an Uchiha he was going to face. Tokai knew good and well their reputation. They use a sharingan eye; an eye that can copy any jutsu that is used against them, and use it back on you as a mind game. Not to mention they practially owned the Konoha police force anyways. Fighting an Uchiha was going to be a doubled edged sword. Tokai knew a few jutsu that would be deemed useful to a genin Uchiha to use against him. Tokai was not going to let it happen. He focused his chakra all into his body, letting it purge all over him, and relaxing his muscles. His eyes were close very hard. The next instant he opened his eyes and he taken the form of a dog like animal. His arms and legs were drug into the ground and were bending to an 'all fours position'

Shikyaku no Jutsu thought the Inuzuka as he was turning around. As soon as he seen his opponent charged and spent no time in attacking...

Battle:

He charged forward with pulling out his katana in his hand. His method is simple: He wants to bar them down to where they have to take the attack. He then placed the weapon in his mouth, and retained the dog-like position he was in. He continued to charged forward, and then leaped into the sky. He is going to position himself in the light of the sun so when the opponent looks, they will be blinded by the sun. Can they opponent stand a up above attack. When he was in the right height he was going for, he pulled out the katana from his mouth and held it with both of his arms. He then set it for stabbing moving for coming down. He was directly infront of the opponent when he done it. Tokai came slashing down from the sky slicing the opponents stomach. His pet, and friend, Garma only stood from a distance while this was happening. Garma was going to sit and wait this out until the signal.

When Tokai came down from the sky like a hawk for its prey, He done a back flip with the handle of the blade in his right arm, and got a fair way from his opponent, an Uchiha. What to do next? thought the battle forming genin. He was going to keep this simple. What will happen when his opponent cannot see what is happening on the field. Tokai made a grin as he was making his hands signs. He made a small laugh when he asked his Uchiha opponent a question:

"Mind if I ask your name, and how well do you like looking into mist? I have a lovely treat for you if you say yes, then... Like this jutsu then! Kirigakure no Jutsu!"

The field then changed into a very light tent of blue, and made visibility almost pointless to both of them...well not really. Tokai has a strong, and powerful nose in his possession. Using it, he can smell his opponent from miles away. Not to mention, it can grant him bonuses when the opponent cannot find him. He was going to make this as painful for his opponent as possible. He then went into his weapon pouch, and pulled out a sharp metal needle. This needle was a senbon, and is usually ment for medical purposes. Not really true nowadays, thanks to ninjas, they are used in combat...and for many reasons. Tokai learned form a med-ninja on how to use these. Those skills will not be put to the test. He launched the senbon into the air right where he smelled the Uchiha scent.

He made a faint growling sound...Garma picked up on that instantly and lifted his let, and shot a stream of urine where the senbon was thrown. The senbon and the urine blended in together to hide the senbon as it was being thrown into the Uchiha's skin. Tokai only slightly grinned as he was hear the faint whistleing sound of the senbon, and the splashing sound of the urine. Tokai then stood prepared for anything that may come his way. Let me see what you got...Uchiha...Do not dissapoint me...Too much.

Before Battle:

Son scouted out the area with his Sharingan while waiting for his opponent to arrive. This was a person he had never met, but he had heard the boy’s name in passing, and learned that he was an Inuzuka. He was sure the dog-boy knew that he was an Uchiha, and that he would probably come armed with a Jutsu to nullify his Sharingan. No great loss there. It wasn’t very useful to him at this point anyway. It might have been worth something if it had advanced to level two, but alas, it wasn’t so.

Son blinked, and when his eyelids opened again, the Single-Wheel Sharingan had disappeared, and his normal, icy blue eyes were back again. He slipped his purple sunglasses back on and stuck a cigarette in his mouth, holding a hand up to shield the flame of his lighter from the harsh winds atop the spires. He released a puff of smoke, and was about to sit down and read, when he saw a figure on top of another spire nearby.

He took one last, long drag on the cigarette before dropping it to the ground and putting it out with his foot. “Let the games begin, Inuzuka-san,” he whispered happily and let the winds carry away his words as he took on a fighting stance.

Battle:

Son observed the other Genin start to do hand seals, then moved into a crouching position. He tilted his head and thought to himself, “What the hell kind of fighting stance is THAT?” Then he saw the katana protruding from the other’s mouth, and realized what it was. Just a clan art of the dog-lovers.

The Inuzuka leaped into the sky, and Son saw his plan easily. He was going to position himself in the sun so that Son wouldn’t be able to see where the sword was coming from, due to the glare. He pulled the sword from his teeth and swung it downwards, slashing at Son’s stomach, but Son rolled forward and behind the Inuzuka, dodging the attack.

He used his sword to back flip away, so Son used the opportunity while the other boy was in the air to use an attack when there was no way for him to change his direction in midair. Inside Son’s coat was a seal, and he pressed his fingers against it and made a seal. In his other hand, his oversized, possessed sword, Ketsuba, appeared, and he pushed off the ground hard, and slashed at Tokai’s arm.

“Idiot,” said Son. “I wear sunglasses all the time. How in the nine hells do you think positioning yourself with the sun behind you would help in this situation?!”

They both landed on the ground, Son rolling with his blade tucked in in order to keep from injuring himself on the sword. The Inuzuka said in a mocking tone, “Mind if I ask your name, and how well do you like looking into mist?”

“The name is Uchiha Son. And I find it refreshing, thank you. Feels nice and cool. It’s hard to keep a cigarette lit in thick mist though, sometimes,” he said nonchalantly.

“I have a lovely treat for you, then... Like this jutsu then! Kirigakure no Jutsu!” Mist rolled in from nowhere, obscuring his vision and making his Sharingan useless. Once again, it didn’t really matter. If the Inuzuka wanted to waste his chakra, that was his business.

Although, it didn’t stop the fact that he was still at a slight disadvantage. The Inuzuka could smell his way through the mist, whereas Son had no such ability. His hearing was rather good though, because he trained in assassination arts mostly.

He found himself immediately making good use of his own hearing, as he heard the very slight sound of displaced air, a low whistle, headed in his direction. Son made a single hand seal, and replaced himself with a log he had brought with him for just such a time when he had to substitute himself. The villagers had found it rather funny to see him hauling a log through town.

Suddenly, he felt a splash on his trench coat, and felt a foul-smelling odor. He instantly figured out what it was, and just about retched on the spot. Son began wondering who would ever create such a sick jutsu, but then realized what it was for. It heightened the ease that the Inuzuka and his dog could find him.

At the same time, he wondered how somebody could ever think that it would ever work. It hurt a little, and he figured there was some sort of acid in it, but otherwise, getting rid of the scent was a snap. He just took the coat off, and let it fall to the ground, and making a loud “whump” sound as the very heavy material hit the platform. Son walked away from the coat, distancing himself from the horrid scent so that it wouldn’t be any help at all to Tokai.

“Well, guess it’s my go,” he said, and pulled a smoke bomb from his item pouch, and threw it in the direction he heard the Inuzuka’s breath. “Suck on this, dog-boy,” he said quietly as he heard a loud “poof!” and smoke filled the area, even thicker than the mist. Now Son was given the chance to be on the offensive.

Son removed the coat that it was on, so the effect is no longer there. Also, it never says in the effect description whether it takes an action to remove or not, so I’m assuming that it does not. It’s a very unspecific technique as far as how to remove the stuff.

*The thing with the dog piss...even if you just take off what received the full mark, you still HAVE some piss on you. So Tokai will be able to receive the bonus.

Down, Down, Down went the genin. He thought with the sun to his back, he would have the upper hand in this battle, on this platform. He taken his katana and made a slow slashing motion down. That was a bad thing for him to do. The Uchiha only have to roll under him. This Uchiha pulled out a weapon of his own, and made a slashing motion at Tokai. He only grinned as he taken his katana , and moving it backward, catching the opponents weapon along with his, the landing a kick as he was moving backwards to a safe distance. Tokai had learned his lesson, the sun won’t help him much because his opponent wears sun glasses. That was fine and dandy to Tokai: Sunglasses work against his other jutsu. Tokai was fixing his hands for the hand signs for his the snide Uchiha had a very smart-ass remark to make about Tokai’s plan to make dead sure that his opponent does not get to use his Sharingan and copy what Tokai knew.

“The name is Uchiha Son. And I find it refreshing, thank you. Feels nice and cool. It’s hard to keep a cigarette lit in thick mist though, sometimes.” Tokai only frown as he finished calling out the jutsu name. Tokai had his senbon and dog ready for the attack as soon as the mist appeared. Tokai had a remark to tell him.

“Haven’t you heard the myths about cigs? They can kill you; massacring your lungs with an unbeatable smog.” He launched his senbon and sent his dogs piss flying to the opponent. Tokai could only slightly hear a puff and a hard thud to the ground. Tokai was smiling about that was going on now: That means his dogs piss worked out as planned. Tokai’s sense of smell was a strong point, not to mention his hearing. He braced himself for what was to some. Tokai went back into his sack and pulled out a set of bells: he had a plan in mind. He was going to stand as still as possible and stop his breathing as he was going to throw the senbon toward where the smell was, but he was not intending to attack the opponent-only to stun his for a little while so he could get away with some harsh jutsu. Tokai made a intently and hard to hear growl toward Garma stating the plan. Garma complied to what he was planning to do.

Tokai stuck the bells on the senbon by placing a pricking side in the slit of the bells. I hope this works thought the genin as he let them fly. He was going to wait for the right time to strike. He very much doubted the opponent could not dodge this. With sound, it a very tricky thing. One time, you’ll hear something hard and unbearable, then the next your hearing a sweet sound to your ears that is sublime to comprehend. He listened closely as he heard the small ringing of where the senbon was flying. Tokai, in the meanwhile, made a clone in his excitement. He sent the clone running after the senbon as it to make it look like it was a mistake. He only hoped this was a smart tactic to play. This fight was going to be a game of wits, not just power. The only other person who made a challenge was Shikaku Jasiri: a strong willed ninja who was blind. Tokai only hoped to recreate the situation in terms of battle style. He only had one problem, this Uchiha was unorthodox; doing the most random thing.

One thing that the Uchiha was doing was moving around. Tokai will have a hard time to strike him…but not by too much. From what he could gather, he probably used his Kawarimi no Jutsu to evade a useless senbon. The only question was one of uncertainty: Will this Uchiha notice what is going on? Will this fight be a hard, or easy one? Garma obeyed Tokai, and stood still and done nothing, wasting a sneak attack what would probably not be worth it to start.

………Come on…Fall for it. thought Tokai as he was silent, even to his breath…
