Screams…

Kuishen looked around at the scene and sighed. The women of this small village were being raped and violated right in front of him. They were crying for help from him, which he wouldn’t have given if he could. The men committing the crimes were all facing away from him, and he couldn’t get a good look at their faces. At this point curiosity was overwhelming him, but he couldn’t move. Desperately trying to figure out the mystery behind his paralyzed state, his mind could only continue to speculate on the identity of the men. There were two of them. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the men turned around, satisfied with themselves for ravaging the helpless women.

“Who are you?”

Kuishen managed to choke out the sentence before he saw their faces. The men did not answer but simply walked into the light so as to reveal their identities. Just as the light had showered upon them, he awoke from his sleep. Eyes fluttering open, the teen looked at the clock. It was late, really late. Dawn was just around the corner and he knew that he wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep. Disappointed with the teasing of his sub-conscious mind the Kaguya got out of his mildly sweaty bed and went to take a shower. The steamy sanctuary cleansed him of faults and sins for the day so he could start fresh and anew. Drying himself and getting ready to go out for the morning, he decided to do something a little different.

Jeral should be here any time now…

Kuishen looked around the roof area that they would have their fight in. He wasn’t one to randomly pick fights with people, but every once in a while it was good to have a little randomness with life. It really didn’t matter, because he was perfectly confident in his ability to take on Jeral. He hadn’t really seen what he could do, but if it came down to it, Kuishen had the upper hand with his bloodline ability. Of course, he still didn’t know what Jeral’s bloodline entailed and he would just have to wait and see. Yawning quietly he decided to see if Jeral had the basic amount of Shinobi skills. He no doubt did, but it was always fun to test people.

Kokohi no Jutsu.

Kuishen formed walls around the rooftop so as to give it the illusion of a room. If Jeral wandered too close to the edge, he would be pushed off. Of course the chances of something like that actually happening were minimal, seeing as how the combatants were both Chuunin. So the teen patiently waited for his opponents arrival, not making any attempts to hide himself. Then, a thought popped into his head. Explosive notes… Kuishen ran to the main entrance of the building and set up a trap, a piece of ninja wire that was set very low to the ground that was attached to an explosive pouch on the wall. It certainly would be a nasty surprise for Jeral when he walked through the door. The teen walked back to middle of the area and drew a kunai, ready to throw it at Jeral if his trap failed.

Start-up

Movement above him wakes up the teenaged Chuunin from his slumber. He had a fight today, but he doesn't know when or where. The sounds on the roof tell him above him, and right now. Great. Cocky runt, thinking he can trick me in my own turf. Let him learn the hard way. He thinks as he pulls on his equipemtn and gets ready to fight.

Battle Start!

Guessing that the entrance is trapped, Jeral goes out onto the balcony. With a clear way up to the roof from here, Jeral normally would've gone up, if it wasn't for the strange sight that greeted him outside. Walls, tall and strong, standing along what used to be his roof. What the hell?!? Well, that route's ruled out.

Jeral looks around to see where to go from here. He notices the wall of the buliding near-by. He now loves the fact he choose to live in the tightly packed area of the markets. Channeling Chakra to his hands and feet, the Chuunin leaps to the wall, then scales it. It doesn't take hm long to climb, quickly reaching the new roof. He sees that his roof has turned into a large room from his new vantage point. Hoping this is a good place to start, he pulls out a small tube of metal from his equipment pouch and waits for his opponet...

What was that…?

Kuishen whirls around in his false room. He couldn’t see through the walls even though he knew they were an illusion. The teen had definitely heard something though. It was the slightest footstep on the roof. Dispelling the Genjutsu he turned just in time to see Jeral leap up onto the next building over. Jeral slowly climbs up the wall and then starts doing something with his equipment. Either he didn’t notice Kuishen yet or he was very cocky for going up against a Kaguya. It didn’t matter, at least it wouldn’t in a few moments. Pulling out a windmill shuriken, he looked up at Jeral, who was almost finished doing whatever it was that he had started. Hopefully, he wouldn’t get a chance to finish.

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu!

Keeping the shuriken in his hand, he pulled off several hand seals and then threw the windmill shuriken at Jeral. The Kage Shuriken would add some accuracy to the attack so that it would be more likely to hit his opponent. The shuriken sailed onward, aimed straight at Jeral. Once the shuriken was within range, he leapt over to the building. Trying to conserve his chakra use, Kuishen leapt onto the ground first and then did a series of jumps from outside decks and patios to reach the top. Not even giving time to react, the teen pulled back his sleeve and revealed the Sound Wave Amplifier on his arm. The Chuunin didn’t even have to hit him with this in order to cause damage, and that was invaluable in battle. The glint of pleasure in his eyes was clearly visible to Jeral. He hadn’t had a decent battle in a while. Certainly Jeral could fulfill his purpose.

“I do hope you enjoy your stay… in Hell!”

Maddened at the thought of causing pain, he threw the punch at Jeral. He threw the punch and then jumped back so quickly that he really didn’t even know if he hit Jeral. Kuishen smiled. Taking only a mere moment to focus the chakra into his palms, he ejected a Yanagi no Mai from his hands and ran forward yet again. There was no time to hesitate, for hesitation would lead to the enemy having an opening. That was something that just couldn’t happen. Kuishen attempted to ram the slender bones into Jeral with frightening speed. Hopefully something like this would do him in, or at least it would have, if he hadn’t been toying with him. The attack was aimed so that the bones would penetrate an arm or a leg. The actual impact might be different and if Jeral had any smidgen of intelligence it would probably not hit the desired target.

Dispelling the bones from his hands, Kuishen did a front hand spring to launch himself over Jeral. Then once on the other side the teen formed the tiger seal and rammed his two fingers into the nether regions of Jeral. The technique itself was quite revolting but in battle, you couldn’t have any shame, no remorse, and certainly no regard for the enemy’s personal space. The Kaguyan didn’t keep this position for long and made sure to ram his fingers up hard enough so that it would cause Jeral to be severely disorientated. The front hand spring had given him a slight head rush and he didn’t even know if he made contact with Jeral, just that he had attempted it. Shuddering, the Chuunin took a step backwards while at the same time focusing the chakra into his shoulder.

He moved his shirt down his arm a little bit and waited for the bone to appear. It could definitely be heard as it made its way through the skin. Loud popping and tearing sounds could be heard as the bone continued to travel upwards. Once the bone stood almost a foot above his shoulder, Kuishen ripped it from his body and let the little bit of skin still on it drip onto the ground. Looking at Jeral, he wanted to know if his bone manipulation disgusted or scared him. It probably wouldn’t as Jeral was a bit older and had seen many things, but if it did… Kuishen would be very pleased. The look was only for a mere moment and then he was charging at Jeral. Jumping into the air he swung the sword into a downwards slash, aimed so that it would travel from his left shoulder all the way down to his right hip. The battle could very well be decided with this move. It gave Kuishen a sense of euphoria, so much so that he allowed a giggle to escape past his lips.

Crawling like a bug wasn't Jeral's favorite thing to do, but it was a way up the wall. Jumping would of made too much noise, after all. Once he crawls to roof, he sees the walls dissolve from the top of his roof to reveal his illusionist. Well, at least I didn't use the front door. Who know what could of been there?

Extending and locking only half of his metallic Jo Staff, Jeral flips his attacker the bird as said opponent goes through a set of hand signs. After the last one, Jeral readies for a show, a show started by a thrown Windmill Shuriken. "Heh. Already know the defense for that one, even if there is a second one." says he, as he drops to one knee and places his weapon in a defensive postion.

One, then another Windmill strike loudly against the steel weapon. Jeral's low profile prevents the wildly deflecting weapons from hitting him, but prevents the toughened hero from seeing what his foe is doing. Up leaps the attacker, Catching Jeral unawares as he reveals his own melee weapon, a Sound Wave Amplifier. “I do hope you enjoy your stay… in Hell!”

Already been there, punk. Jeral thinks as he raises his hands in an attempt to soften the strike. A blast of sound punishes the off-balance ninja, but doesn't distract him. Knowing his foe is behind him, Jeral spins around, arms lifting with the motion. The lifting arm makes too hard a target to hit with the odd punch his opponent uses, giving Jeral the opening needed to smack his foe in the gut with the partially extended staff.

"Hmph. At least give me your name next time," Jeral says just before the unnamed one leaps over him. Jeral readies for another blast of sound from above, but is surprised when he gets hit in the ass. A small leap forward, away from the offending attack, is the only alert to Jeral's off kilter Chakras.

Spinning around so that his attacker is in front of him, Jeral comments loudly, "Hey, I'm straight." He stops taking his sweet time and kicks his game up to 11 when he sees what his opponent is doing, though. He charges forward, leading with a roundhouse kick in an attempt to disrupt the forming jutsu. Knowing that won't be enough, Jeral adds the half-staff to the mix, swinging it towards his ducking foe's head.

Not knowing (or caring) if the impact he felt through the weapon was of his foe's head or of the roof beneath his feet, Jeral charges forward shoulder first, catching his foe off guard and maybe even off the roof!

That was some nice moves you pulled off there. You're right about your last statement, if things keep going at this rate you can just wait him out until he burns himself out. Although, I don't see that happening because one way or another one of you will be going down for the count.

Damn it…

Kuishen cursed to himself as the shuriken were deflected by Jeral’s staff. The attack hadn’t been particularly strong but he had hoped that the second shuriken would’ve at least caught him off guard. It wasn’t too much of surprise but enough of an annoyance so that Kuishen decided to get serious. Running in close for an attack with his Sound Wave Amplifier, he balled his hand into a fist and threw a punch at Jeral. The other Chuunin easily dodged it but the effect was already taking place. A loud ringing noise was emitted from the machine and Jeral tried to look as if he had shrugged it off, but only one who used one of these machines and had the ability to block out its harmful effects could withstand it. It was blatantly obvious Kuishen’s opponent wasn’t one of those people. A snicker almost escaped his lips but the teen managed to stay focus and return to reality.

Jumping back, he landed a few feet away from Jeral and summoned a Yanagi no Mai. The long slender bone dripped with raw bone matter, dropping onto the ground with minute splashes. Charging for the man, he stabbed his palm at Jeral, but was dissatisfied with the fact that it was deflected and returned to a punch in the gut. The impact hit just below his ribcage, dealing some damage to his large intestines and stomach. Coughing, Kuishen staggered back a few steps before regaining his composure and continuing his planned onslaught. The next attack would be simple, though a little perverse in itself. Flipping over Jeral, the Chuunin made his hands into the Tiger seal and rammed them into Jeral’s ass. Obviously this wasn’t something he enjoyed doing but it would give him just the slightest edge in one of his next attacks.

"Hey, I'm straight."

“I’m Shinamari Kuishen, nice to meet you, straight.”

The childish sarcasm worked, at least for now. Jeral wasn’t an easy person to piss off, that much was obvious, but Kuishen was determined to accomplish it. Once again, the Kaguya steps back and starts to form another one of his famous clan jutsu. The blood of his clan works with every cell in his body to form one of the most deadliest attacks he has in his arsenal. As the Tsubaki no Mai rises from his shoulder, Jeral makes an attempt to stop him from finishing the job with a kick. Kuishen side-steps and simultaneously rips the bone sword from his shoulder. Fresh bone matter drips off of the tip as the teen holds it aimed downward. Flipping it over in his hand, he reverses the blade and jumps into the air. Jeral, being caught off-guard is caught in a downward slash that manages to rip clothing and skin off of his chest. Kuishen laughs at the Chuunin and waits for his reaction.

Jeral quickly recovers and charges at him. As quickly as he could, Kuishen tries to jump out of the way, but fails. Jeral’s shoulder slams into his abdomen and forces his body off of the roof. Luckily, he manages to catch himself by stabbing his sword into the wall of the building. Jeral’s attack worked, but because he had made an attempt to dodge it, it didn’t throw him far enough away from the building. The teen looks up and slowly starts to climb up the wall. He didn’t fall that far from the top but his muscles bulged at the strain of having to climb with no assistance from a rope or his legs.

Once he got close enough to edge of the roof, he let himself hang while his other hand started to form seals for a Genjutsu. One of the only Genjutsu he knew, Magen – Narakumi no Jutsu. The effect was immediate, all around him the sky darkened to pitch black. The darkness spread from the sky and onto the nearby buildings, swallowing up everything. Once the entire area was pitch black, three Kuishens appeared, surrounding Jeral. They all started to form a different jutsu from the Kaguya’s arsenal. They were all clan jutsu, the sound of cracking bones was louder than anything else in the immediate area. Meanwhile, the real Kuishen, still hanging off of the side of the building, pulled himself up with one final heave and formed a different Kaguya jutsu.

The bones at the tips of his fingers all pushed themselves forward, until they had ripped through the skin and were visible. The process was moderately fast but the illusion just had to keep Jeral from seeing the real Kuishen, and keep him occupied with the fake ones that were now starting to charge him. Once all three of the fake ones converged on Jeral, Kuishen released the Genjutsu a full second after he flung his fingertip bones at his opponent. With any luck, he would be so dazed from the Genjutsu and his mental health slightly off balance that the attack would hit. The name of this technique was, of course, Teshi Sendan. His fingertips would drill into his opponent and make sure that some serious damage was caused.

As soon as the attack had commenced, Kuishen reached over the edge and nabbed his bone sword from the wall. In less than two seconds, he was running at Jeral, another two seconds passed and he was within striking distance. The teen took this opportunity to stab the bone sword into his opponent and with his other hand form another Yanagi no Mai. Ripping the sword from his target, he cart-wheeled around him and stabbed the Yanagi no Mai into him once more. He was so busy concentrating on not letting Jeral have a second to breath that he didn’t actually see or feel if the two attacks had hit or not. The fight was not over by a long shot, not even his onslaught had been finished yet. I may be going too hard on this guy…. Nah.

Kuishen’s focus was on not letting Jeral have an instant of let up from him. If the Chuunin managed to hit the Kaguya, it would only delay his attacks for a couple of minutes at most. At this point he was in mid front-flip and in the midst of raking the Tsubaki no Mai across Jeral’s back. If the attack was anything like the previous hit, it would do its damage and might cause some serious detriment to Jeral. Obviously, Kuishen couldn’t keep up this strategy for long, as it was taxing on him and his body. Now it was time to rest, if only for a moment. So he took a couple of large strides backwards and waited to see how Jeral handled all of this.

Jeral shakes his head ans listens as he backs up a little, knowing he needs to move fast so his opponent, who called him self Kuishen, can't retaliate. His head clearing a bit, he notices the lack of a body hitting ground. haHA! He'll climb back up, the fool. Should've caught himself and dropped. thinks the Hero as he readies for a massive jump.(Still Working)

It's a shame to see such an great fight end like this, but who am I am to make a fuss over this. Just as Jeral asked, here's the final verdict on this one.

You both did an excellent job at stirring each other up. In the end it could have been amazing. This one will just have to end in a draw as neither of you actually had the chance to throw down like you'd like.
