Effect: Creates identical clones. Maximum number of clones that can be made is equivalent to the number of stars attained in the technique.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a substance-less copy of the ninja. The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.

Description: By putting chakra into his/her legs, the user can increase his muscles output, thus increasing his speed exponentially. A slight drawback to the technique, is that the chakra output allows the chakra to leak out the user’s tenketsu, giving his/her legs a blue glow, letting the opponent know the user is using a jutsu. The scroll was once lost, but was found by Baxter on an “expedition” in the library far reaches of the Konoha ninja library, looking for powerful techniques. The scroll was found by him and has resurfaced for many other ninjas to study.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Effect: As long as the technique is activated, the user gains a +1/-1 ACC bonus over their opponent. This technique only affects vision, however.
Special: This technique automatically cancels out the bonuses for any type of Doujutsu (Sharingan, Byakugan) and all of its effects. Many Doujutsu based techniques are also nullified unless this technique is countered because of that.
Cost: 10 Chakra per turn
Description: The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Description: A simple jutsu really, relying more and more on the natural skill of the user. After many years of practice, fighting with a sword becomes natural, taking less effort to pull off what many would consider difficult maneuvers. But this cannot be gained with having the necessary tools, as a sword is a complicated tool. One must first becoming blindingly fast, as task not easily accomplished.
Limits: Need 40 speed for every star obtained, minus the first one (that you get upon learning this tech); Requires sword.

Effect: Any weapon can be created that is currently available in the shops with which Boshun has the requirements for. One Main Weapon can be created at a time as well if a main weapon is not already in use. This weapon shatters after a single use.
Special: Armour can be made that can help to reduce up to 50% of the damage from any C Rank attack or under. This costs 18 Chakra to use and does not require an action.
Description: Boshun manipulates the very water within his body to pour forth from his pores and shields his body in ice armor. This armor can be used to make shoulder spikes, helmets, etc, that last until struck, granting both offensive and defensive techniques while activated. Boshun can also use the water from his body to craft weaponry if he currently does not possess a primary weapon. These ice items can be used for one strike, but will then shatter inside the enemy. The skill must be used once for each item, i.e. one action for armor, a second action for a weapon, etc.
During Roleplay situations that are non-battle related, this skill allows Boshun to manipulate water and ice in any and all ways. Whether it is forming a rose of solid ice to a bridge spanning a fifty foot chasm of nothingness. Again, this part is for rp purposes only.
Limit: Hyouton Element - Must have a water source. Completely ineffective against Katon techniques.

Effect: The user causes the surrounding water vapor to freeze making it more convenient for Hyouton Jutsu users. Can NOT be used as a counter for Suiton affinity Jutsu!
Special: Possible gain of +1/-1 ACC bonus over their opponent. At Judges Digression.

Cost: 6 Chakra per Turn
Description: By focusing chakra on condensed water droplets (clouds, mist, fog, etc.) the user can cool the temperature to that of 0° Celsius/32° Fahrenheit, thus freezing the water droplets. Because of this they may become too dense to stay suspended in air so it may fall to the ground as snow.
Limits: Must be a large enough source of water vapor, must have elemental affinity to Hyouton.

Effect: Creates identical clones that have substance and each one receives a single action each turn (cannot perform jutsus above C Rank). Maximum number of clones that can be made is equivalent to the number of stars attained in the technique.
Effect 2: Taijutsu and Ninjutsu are divided equally amongst the number of clones plus the user. Speed and Genjutsu stay the same. It takes one hit to destroy a clone.
Cost: 17 Chakra per clone
Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Limit: Elemental Affinity and must be near a water source.

Sennen Goroshi (Thousand Years of Pain)

Description: Though it is called "Leaf's Ancient Supreme Technique", Sennen Goroshi serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

I would like it in an exhibition ring at one of Konoha's Training Grounds. A circular dirt arena spanning about thirty feet in diameter.

The only stipulation is that if you step out of the ring, you lose. The match will be officiated by a Chuunin official and watched over by both of our sensei's as a promotion between our two teams.

The stipulation adds a little something to the battle. And if I may, I would like to wait until my current SQ is judged. I should have it finished today and pending approval of a weapon, I will be able to start this battle soon.
