Bounty System: 1. M-nin will receive a 1000 Ryou Bounty for leaving the village. 2. Ryou will be added onto their bounty for committing crimes. A list of crimes and how much Ryou will be tacked onto the bounty for committing them is in the works. 3. Every month, M-nins will tally up their crimes and the amount of Ryou added onto the Bounty will be based on those crimes. Crimes can stack depending on the severity of the individual crime. 4. M-nin keep track of their own crimes. They will keep a marker of it at the end of their SQ, as well as get a confirmation by the staff member that grades said SQ. The official amount of Ryou that will be added onto the Bounty for the person will be summed up by a staff member. Though the Bounty won’t actually increase until the end of the month. 5. Everyone is capable of hunting a missing-nin for their bounty, even other missing nin.

Hunting System: 1. When fighting in groups of two or more, turns are alternated so as to make things fair. 2. Even if the parties are uneven, the turns will alternate to make it balanced for the smaller party. (EX: 3 Hunters are fighting 1 Hunted. Turns would go like this: Hunter A, Hunted, Hunter B, Hunted, Hunter C, Hunted, etc...) 3. If the amount of hunters and hunted respectively goes over 2, separate topics will be made and divided up in a tournament style. (If it is 4v4, two or four topics will be made with each containing a 2v2 or 1v1 respectively.) 4. However anyone can switch topics at will, provided both of the switchers agree. (Example: 4 Hunters, 4 Hunted. Two topics, each 2v2. Hunter B wants to fight Hunted C and D with Hunter D, so Hunter C switches places with Hunter B, now Hunter B and Hunter D are fighting Hunted C and D.) 5. If at the end of each topic there is a survivor from each side of the battle, those parties would then respectively fight each other in another match, but their stats stay the same as they were at the outcome of the previous battle. Any poisons stay in effect too. 6. Rewards are all or nothing. Even if any one person manages to slay another person, if their team loses the overall battle, they receive no rewards. Rewards will be divided equally among the winning party. 7. If parties are uneven, there can only be a 1:2 Ratio. 8. Multiple hunters cannot be within ten levels of the hunted. Meaning 2 level 40 Chuunin can take on a level 50 M-nin if they want but their levels can be no higher than that. 9. Total people involved, meaning both parties put together, cannot exceed 8. They can be divided amongst each other however they want as long as they follow the above rules. 10. When a battle commences, both parties have 72 hours to rally up people to join them in the battle, and make their opening posts. In the opening posts, no actions or fighting of any kind may be used. Only introducing themselves into the battle or finding the bounty or whatever the writer wishes to do in said post. After everyone has made their opening posts, the hunter will get the first attacking post. 11. The hunted may use that first post to escape, the success of which will be determined by a judge, who will base their decision solely on the RP.

Captured SQ: When defeated in a fight by another ninja and captured, the missing-nin in question will not have their work judged until they write a 4 page SQ explaining how they escaped. They are allowed to ask for 1 reward (in addition to their freedom; as it will always take up one reward slot) and LP. All other work not currently judged, or any new work, will not be judged until this has been taken care of.
