(OOC: I want that jutsu to signify his advancement as a ninja and gaining of power. /OOC)

Kuishen stepped out into the mid-spring day. Birds chirped and were flying happily about. Kuishen took one look at the city and spit on the ground. He hated this place. He hated all places. He just wanted to be alone. Not only was he ridiculed constantly but it was the people around him he had to deal with everyday. Sometimes he thought his abilities were a curse. He banished the thought and then started to head out for the academy.

As he walked the streets were filled with people roaming about. He took a good look and smirked. All of them were weak. He had no desire to stay here. The only reason he did was to become a full-fledged Shinobi. Once he attained that he would crush the people he saw before him. No, that thinking was unconventional. He would have to take them out from the inside.

Kuishen knew everything would come in due time. So he began to walk again. His abilities were getting stronger each day. It was becoming clearer to him that he was of a powerful clan. Nobody would stand in his way once he could find the rest of his clan. That dream got closer with each passing minute. It made him squirm to know that his clan was out there without him.

His train of though was interrupted by him arriving at the academy. He pushed open the doors and made his way into the cramped hallway. Here students were busy getting to their classes and trying to make up late homework. He snickered, for such things were not important. Kuishen knew that only hard earned experience could really teach you something.

Although Kuishen was just a kid he knew a lot more than he should. His sensei gasped sometimes at the things he would say. Kuishen knew it only made him stand out more, which is what he wanted considering he hated regular people so much. He was done thinking of such things when he came to his classroom door. He opened the doors and walked in with eyes clouded by hate.

Kuishen set foot into his classroom which was a well-lit spacious room. It had wooden desks in rows that were elevated with each passing row. He took his seat in the third row. He sat quietly until the rest of the students filtered into the room. They are took their respective seats before the class would start. He watched as the kids sat at their seats chatting away with their friends.

Kuishen didn’t need friends. He didn’t want to have the emotional tie that is considered a friend. If he had to suffer through a conversation with another human it was because it was required. He needed no form of love and wanted any of it either. This train of thought was interrupted by the class bell ringing which indicated the start of class.

Today’s class would be a short one because it was graduation day for most. The final exam would be nothing more than a simple display of a single Jutsu. He was itching to leave and get back to training. This day would only further him into the world of Shinobi. He would become a Genin if he passed today.

The Sensei walked into the room and hushed everybody. He walked to the front of the room and wrote today’s activities on the chalk board. A single thing was written in the white substance known as chalk. Graduation Exam Today! He smirked as the teacher began to explain what would take place today.

“Alright Students, this is the day where you graduate. You will become Genin if you pass the final exam. This final exam will be on the Kawarimi no Jutsu!”

Kuishen smiled. It was one of his best Jutsu. He had been practicing it for weeks now. Such a simple Jutsu would assure a spot as a Genin. The teacher began to call people into the testing room. He watched as the students went into that little room only to come back out with Konoha headbands on. Surely if they could complete such a simple test he would pass it with ease.

“Shinamari, Kuishen come up here please.”

With his name called he got up from his seat and walked over to the Sensei. He was led into the testing room where there was several dummies placed around the room. He looked around and instantly knew what was going to take place.

“Kuishen, we are going to throw dulled shuriken at you. You must replace yourself with one of these dummies. We will hit the replacement and it will be revealed as a fake. At that point you will come back to the center of the room.”

Kuishen nodded respectably and began to think of a strategy. He finally got one. He would travel to the far one. This Jutsu would require a single hand sign. He withdrew that memory and formed the hand sign. If you were of a sharp eye you could see his body fly across the room to one of the dummies, which he threw back to where he was standing. It all happened in a single instant.

Kuishen watched from where he was standing as they hit the dummy with the fake shuriken. It blew up in a puff of smoke and revealed it was only a dummy. The Sensei’s clapped and asked him to come to the center of the room.

“Very good Kuishen, you have graduated and become a Genin.”

Kuishen smirked, it wasn’t anything big because he knew he was going to graduate the moment he stepped foot into that room. Kuishen walked over to where they had a collection of Forehead Protectors. He grabbed one and tied it to his forehead. He would probably re-adjust it later but for now that seemed like a good enough place.

Kuishen walked out of the testing room and back to his seat. He started to contemplate about what new powers this could unlock for him. He knew his power had been growing these past few weeks but now it felt like something was different. Kuishen sat and waited until all the other participants were done. Class was dismissed and Kuishen let out a sigh of relief. Not only would he never have to go another class there but he was rid of the people who went there also.

Kuishen got up from his seat and walked quietly to the doors. He pushed them to the side and walked out into the hallway. Pushing through the ever growing crowd he made his way to the outside doors. Once out of the class he started to head home.

Kuishen was walking to his home when a dog came up beside him. It seemed to beg for some food but stopped when Kuishen shot a glare at it. It whimpered and held back a couple of steps behind him. Kuishen was tired of having followers and shot another glare towards the dog.

The dog caught the glare and a low rumble escaped from its throat. Then it started to bark. Kuishen stopped and looked back at it. Kuishen formed his finger bones into razors and threatened the dog with them. That only made the dog howl which, in turn, summoned more dogs from the nearby alleys.

Pretty soon Kuishen was surrounded by snarling dogs. He thought back to when he had killed those three kids. It was happening all over again. He shuddered and looked all around with eyes wide with fear. They continued howling and the sound seemed to pierce his eardrums and rattle them around. Everything was closing in on him and he didn’t like it.

Kuishen finally broke with a scream and the bones in his forearms stretched through his palms. They formed into large stabbing instruments. He looked at them and smiled. It was a twisted smile of hate and fear mixed together. He then looked down to the dogs and smirked.

Kuishen ducked down in an instant he spun himself slicing through the dogs surrounding him. He got up and stabbed the nearest one. The worst part was that he was enjoying this. Kuishen turned around to see a single dog staring up at him whimpering. He laughed and then stabbed it with both arms. It let out a wheeze of air and dropped to the ground, dead.

Kuishen retracted his bones and snapped out of the rage. He looked at the scene around him and a tear slipped from his eyes. He took one last look at the horrific scene and ran into an alley. He made his way home and locked the door behind him. What power had he gained? What had he done?

You could earn the headband instead of the jutsu...but that's if you requested it as a reward, which you didn't.

You did good for a Grad SQ...but not enough for the jutsu. Sorry. Good story, though.

Rewards:
[Genin Rank]
[50 SP]
[10 LP in lieu of Jutsu]
