How do you miss with this aside from the normal cover your ears?

The accuracy of playing the correct notes at the correct tone. In other words, the accuracy would apply to the direct playing of the flute itself, as opposed to actually striking the opponent. Like playing an instrument, you can't expect to hit the wrong note in sheet music and still get the desired tune.

One thing I see wrong with it is, apparently in coordination with our weapon's guide. It passes chakra needed to use it by one point. I'm not sure if this matters or not, but I have to save my approval until this is cleared up or explained.

But the effect is there to compensate for the higher chakra cost?

4 is okay 5 is chuunin and 3 is genin so 4 can work for high end genin cost or low chuunin and so on... see?
