Effect2: um... this could get serious i mean droping an A rank from 1/2->1/3 would be highly unlikely... maybe do that on a chance basis like a 25% chance that damage will be dropped a fraction blah blah

Special so are you saying you can't perform jutsu while this is out? unless they are one handed

and you need to state somewhere how this is used exactly... like do you take it out during a turn and RP reading it and dodging and it is active for the rest of the turn?

This makes the user able to roll with the damage. Say a fireball would graze them...That split second of extra movement makes the damage lessened. Or if a sword was swung, that slight movement would make the wound not as deep, etc.

It doesn't take an action to retrieve it and open it. Just looking at the page is enough to activate the effect, but to keep it up, the book must actually be read. Since those with a Doujutsu are better suited to read, and fight at the same time, the opponent's bonus to acc is negated.

I'd also like to keep effect two as it is due to this only usable once per battle, as well as the fact it gives the opponent an acc bonus unless the user has a Doujutsu. On top of all of that, those who can't use one handed seals are pretty gimped, because they can only swing weapons, which cost double the amount of chakra to do so.

Effect two is keepable i just wanted some balance... but it only lasts one turn so i guess that is good enough now that i think about it... so okay your good Approved
