Description: A long, smooth metallic shaft about five feet in height. The middle portion of the handle spanning about 16 inches is a grip fashioned by embossed hirogana characters that wrap around the weapon. Where the blade normally would be on a spear, there floats a globule of water that is always present. This water can be hardened into any blade shape given the surface area of the tip created does not exceed the general volume of the sphere of water, given the user has mastered Kaze Wa-Kingu to harden the liquid. Upon hardening, the tempered crystalline ending does not break upon contact with other weapons-- nor does it melt upon meeting Katon style jutsu. The globule also always stays taut to the Mistglaive's axis.
Limits: Tokki Only. Simply a blade-less staff without Kekkei Genkai E-Step. Simply a handheld weapon without Kekkei Genkai D-Step. When the users Chakra reaches 0, they cannot use the weapon hands free.

Err....what's "blade shaping" mean? And....what, again, is the Yukina Blood Trait? I'm a little confuzzled...

(When I say blade shaping, not the general "I can change the blade's shape" answer. I'm not that confuzzled yet...)

Clarification:

Drake: Essentially, yes. That is, after I have learned the D-Step of the Kekkei Genkai. Eventually, I will probably upgrade it and add effects based on upgrading it to a Chuunin and then Jounin. And these effects will require subsequent Kekkei Genkai steps to be learned.

Blade Shaping: The user changes the shape of the water to resemble any shaped tip they desire (given it's stays within a certain mass and volume). Then it freezes into that shape.

I'll stamp an approval when you add "learning" to the special, and up the cost to 5 and 10 respectively.

Sadly, I can. It can attack/harry at range, leaving you free to do whatever. It can also leave your hands free for jutsu hand seals.

Correct on it's advantages.

No, it does not kick out of effect. I think it'd be safe to say that if my Chakra reaches zero, the ability to use it hands free is nullified. (It only costs chakra to actually perform the attack, not to just you know.. have it float in general.)

So all basically Rp...I think it should cost the same to swing it normally as it does to have it hands-free. Because...ya know...It's more of an Rp effect that doesn't really give -that- much of an advantage. Since it still takes actions to swing, they can take an acion to bat it around, and then the sword won't be swinging when the character actually does anything else.

That's my take.
