�~�̉� Group: Admin Posts: 3,547 Member No.: 41 Joined: 28-March 06	WOAH My question was a simple would you rather lol Okay as is 20 was fine 1/5 is fine there is no term because it boosts the efficency of an already existing debuff take senbon for example this would add an additional 1/5 to the 1/20 that is already there ontop of it being a 20% chance in the first place for the senbon... THIS is a buff on a debuff >> and i don't think it's all that bad The reason i asked my question was because in the state it started in i thought it was slightly UP ... SOOOO if you want 24 then okay but, I think it was perfectly fine how it originally was either way APPROVAL --------------------
