In this tutorial I am going to make a hadoken (fireball) like the kinds in Street Figher Alpha, except there won't be any of that color changing animation

1) Read my
clash effects tutorial.
2) When you reach the color balance part, choose the opposite options (-72 top +54 bottom)
3)STOP Reading the clash effects tutorial once you get the smudge tools to have the right options.
4) Start smudging from the center to the left going back gradually from big to small.
