Paul's glory-restoring abilities are phenomenal. I've seen him steal a pair tusks from poachers and reattach them to an elephant. It was glorious. However, the board's glory is so low that it will take Paul longer to restore it than it takes to reattach elephant tusks. If we had some more people to help, we could reattach the board's tusks that much quicker.

i don't think you're properly analyzing the situation. more people wouldn't help paul restore the forum's glory. it's not like a construction project or a tusk-reattachment where there is a certain amount of work to be done, and more people helping means that it gets done quicker. in this case, more people would just get in the way. we need to let paul spread his wings and restore glory in his own way.

but you're clamoring for people to come here and muck it up. i'm all for more people making triumphant comebacks, but they need to stand aside and let paul restore the glory. they can post as much as they want (in fact, that is encouraged), but they have to steer clear of glory restoration.

if you could go 7' back then, given that that was seven years ago, you should at least be able to clear 7' 6" by now. that should be plenty good enough to restore glory to the forum, no matter what wade says.
