Reth didn't know how long he had been going. He had just walked and walked. Maybe he had stolen food and eaten it here and there. Maybe he had fallen asleep here and there. He didn't really remember or percieve any of it. His mind was too busy with other things.
Why can't I hate her? Why? She... she deserves it... every time she did something nice or lovable... she'd try even harder to be hateful... it's clearly what she fucking WANTS, she wants me to hate her and love someone else but I CAN'T... -------------------- |

There was a noise behind Reth. He probably didn't notice it. He probably didn't even notice the footsteps that charged at him.
Hopefully he noticed when two little girls and a fourteen year old latched onto him. --------------------  |
