Re-distribution
When you have a free fan page of the sims, I will permit to re-distributing our Sims stuffs. For example, Sims forums, Yahoo! groups for Sim addicts, News/Information/Finds sites. Personal downloads sites are not accepted.

Do not sell our files. Any site with thief stuffs is not permitted to re-distribute my Sims stuffs.

Please e-mail me with your site url. I'll reply to you in less than 1 week.

Re-distribution of meshes
When you want to use my meshes, add my credit in your readme or include our Readme file, and add link back to "BNJxLVR".

-Do not rename and/or modify our meshes.
- About redistribution of meshes.>>>Add our Credit to your site or include our ReadMe in your Zips, permission is not required.
- If you re-distribute our meshes which be renamed by you without our permission, you will be called thief at Sim Community.
- Our meshes are Link ware. I offer informations about fixing, remaking my meshes :) "

When you have our permission, you can reproduce, recolor, clone our objects and modify our meshes.

No distribution of our guest artist's files and Meshes made by other creators! Those copyrights belong to respective creators.

Reproductions without our permission are Thief act. When you upload reproductions of our stuff without permission, We suggest you remove your thief works from your web site in order to prove "it's our creations".

You are welcome to use my objects and meshes as a base of your creation. I'll give you helps, Ask me before your updating. I want a E-Mail first!"
