 I guess everyone is on a diet here , or thinking about it , or planning to , or feel quilty cause they should go on diet but still eating while thinking about it .  Soooooooo this is a topic ONLY about food !!!!!!!!! In here all the games can be played too , yes or no - when was the last time - observation round - true or false - etc . I knew there had to be a food pyramid that worked for me
 I don't ever diet........I will work to eat healthier, make better selections of food choice but will not count calories. Need a piece of chocolate cake? |

Had one for dessert at lunch and feel terribly guilty. It has vanilla ice-cream on the side.
 Um, thanks for that Pyramid, Dr. Pinkybear, does that wonderful diet work if I do only the top (yellow) part?  When was the last time you ate too much chocolate? |

Turkey and Homemade dressing & gravey Mashed pototoes Peas Corn Cranberry Wheat & Regular Rolls Dessert will be your choice or all of them Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Pie Or You could just share a meal with Paris.........yummy leaf |

Turkey and Homemade dressing & gravy Roast pototoes Carrots Corn Sage and Onion Stuffing Wheat & Regular Rolls Dessert will be your choice or all of them Trifle Choclate Truffle Apple Crumble and Custard Fruit Salad in natural fruit juice, with brandy to taste. No leaves.  |

 R Us Well come to Galveston and you can get fresh seafood right off the boats. In fact my Mom and Steve fried up a bunch of shrimp and clams a few weeks ago. The shrimp had just come off the shrimp boats. Galveston has many local seafood restaurants that I am sure you would like. Now for me I will stick to the TexMex |

I really don't eat that much while on my computer.....I would say my biggest downfall is being on the computer and not taking time to eat. Than I pig out because I am so hungry. I end up over eating.
So I need to eat regular small meals. I tried to keep my Special K bars in stock and some healthy snack choices in my fridge. |
