Plot
No one can really believe it: Benjamin Kelly, Sandstone's new Headmaster? Sure Dray Tornes is out of the question, since he's a Death Eater, but instead we get a womanizing Auror? People aren't quite sure what to think of the possibility of Casper Slate & Johathan Bingsley being DE recruits, but the Ministry isn't talking. As Aurors try to tie up loose ends & catch those stray DE's, everyone just tries to cope with all of the changes. And what's this about a Triwizard Tournament? Sandstone may have been bathed in light, but it doesn't mean the end of trouble. Speaking of, if you're seen doing anything scandalous, it's sure to end up in the Sandstone Seer. Watch Out!

The Great Hall

You get your learnings here. All classes are held here, and all the random encounters in the hallways also happen here. If you need to talk to one of the staff members, you can head over to one of their offices, and staff, the password protected staff room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The Herbology Gardens
The gardens consist of about five greenhouses and a outside garden in the middle. All sorts of plants, magical and not from around the world can be found here. But ignore that 'funny looking' plant behind greenhouse 3, it will be removed by the Herbology teacher tomorrow.

The Pitch
Sandstone is proud of it's well-kept Quidditch field. The playing area is large, and the hoops gleam in the sun. Used for games, practice, or just random flying. If you forgot your broom, you can borrow one from the shed on the side, or you could just sit in the stands and watch the players work their magic.

Ada Lake
Ada Lake, or Crow Lake, is amost directly next-door to the forest which is usually off-bounds. It's the perfect place to relax, under some trees, or swimming around. It can be a blessing in the summer, but during the winter, it can get so cold that the staff usually just freeze it for ice-skating. Ada is Paiuten for crow.

Care of Magical Creatures Field
This expanse of field on the edge of the woods lining dead man's pass is where you will learn about Magical Creatures. Depending on what type of creature you're learning about, the grass is either luscious, or trampled and burned. Good luck to you!

The Front Gate
The entrance to Sandstone. If you follow the path away from the school, you'll reach Sandstone Village. It's a nice walk. The gate is mostly symbolic of the magical boundaries on the land, but it's been there since the founding, the doors always open unless a threat is approaching.

Dead Man's Pass
Dead Man's Pass is part of a forest that due to the types of creatures that seem drawn towards magical schools, are expressly off limits to students, unless given permission by a staff member. The pass is a shortcut into down, but since it borders the more dangerous parts of the forest, you'll be in trouble if you're spotted here.

The Ministry Building
In the center of Sandstone village is the grand Ministry Building, where the country's government is situated. Built in 1890, the Ministry reflects the grandeur of an era in architecture long gone. Most activity in the village usually has to do with this building.

The Cemetery
Dark and spooky, as befitting a cemetery. In the center is a memorial to the Parent's Day Massacre. Hopefully there won't be that much going on here anymore.
