Space.....the final frontier,
These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise.
Its continuing mission, to explore strange new worlds,
To seek out new life and new civilizations,
To boldly go where no one has ever gone before!

The aztecs are actually decals. Big sized decals.
I had cut them into segments and lay them on piece by piece like jigzaw puzzle.
If not cut into pieces, very difficult to lay becaus the decal is very thin, slight adjustment after the decal is laid, decal will koyak!!
This kit has very poor quality.
Reminds of those China Bootleg Gundam Kits. (cannot fit, gap, flashing, ejector pin marks, etc).
Imagine trying to build a China Bootleg kit and then multiply by 10 fold, thats how poor this kit is.
The decals don't allign well neither.
If you got one end alligned, you'll then notce the other end is not where its suppose to be.
AMT Star Trek kit is not for the faint hearted.

Wah liao!!  ... That is one nice Enterprise... can you share your build progress here ?? if any of course . ^_^
Picard to Enterprise > set for maximum warp to the next sci fi group build.
I think if you add lighting then the enterprise will enter-space liao ...

I can't believe I missed this thread! Very nice build of the E-D. Good job with the aztec decals. I have 2 in the stash which I will be getting to soon.
Suggestion for the kit is to sand off the raised panel lines, then alignment of decal won't be so difficult. I tried the E-C kit & it was a blast to build. :D This E-D kit at least provides the windows in decal form instead of having to mark in all the windows....
Excellent work. Make It So, Number One.
See Kuman, more poison for you to try.
cheers
