Let me share,

At first, you will need a piece of glass, my is a piece 7mm thickglass in black color, a wooden block (7cm x 3cm x 1cm) and a sharp hobby knife.

1. At first, place your PE fret on the glass, I use black color glass cause it will give you good contrast, making parts easy to see.

2. Put the wooden block on the part you need to cut, cover the part and only left the connecting nubs visible.

3. Cut the part with your hobby knife, please note that this cutting action will not involve any slicing motion, but press along the edge of the PE to free the part.

I choose wooden block cause is firm enought to hold the PE fret but wont spoilt or deform the brass, yet let hte blade to skip ot break.

Hope this little tips can help. biggrin.gif
