Abit subjective topic actually.. Mmm..i had built Academy's old 1/48th scale F-15 (2 seater). I think if you get the 1/72 version, you may have the same issues.
There is a small step when you install the front assembly to the fuselage . Academy had created a separate frontend so that you can have a single n double seater version.
Decals dont stick either.Otherwise, overall fit is good and has got good details too.

I have a Hase 1/72 but havent build that yet

Hasegawa new mold is the definite choice if you're looking for accuracy.

and turn to Academy if you are on budget.Academy kit are also nice and come complete with full air-to air weapons. The only annoying things is canopy and canopy rail are molded separately. You will have to glue them carefully in order to prevent the canopy look "comot" with glue's residue.

Hase's 72nd F 15s are definite bench mark kits followed by Fujimi's (if available). for the single seater, have a look at the items moulded aft of the pilots seat ... ie that row and row of electronic gismo ... not many manufacturer has got this right ... of course the $$$ plays a big factor...

BTW bila nak "jumpa"?

I'd say Hasegawa. But it's also one of the most expensive. In this small scale, I guess only Hasegawa have the complete decals.... unless I'm wrong about that.

Hands down by far Hasegawa's offering is the nicest so far. Here's one I've build some time back.

Fit is a crisp, in fact those with JASDF markings decals are excellent. smile.gif
