Academy produced a couple of figures from the excellent Starcraft Gaming Universe and the Hydralisk was one of them.
I missed buying the marines as they were pretty much snapped up upon reaching our shores and cannot be found anywhere now ( except for the expensive ebay universe)

its relatively an easy build with very little parts but the entire kit is made of vinyl like material which makes cleaning up of flash almost impossible as you cannot sand them or scrape them off.

Should be a quick paint job as I will be using the same "safonov" formula on it.

Bear,
that little smudge at the elbow was some overzealous Humbrol acrylic matt which should be taken care of when the last matt coat goes on.

After that, just a small label and to touch up the alien base.
