Just got a package from Amazon this week. 6 CDs. Costs me about RM480 blink.gif .

1 - Lynch Mob - Wicked Sensation
2 - Lynch Mob (Self titled)
3 - Static-X - Start A War w/ X-Rated (not porn, ah) DVD
4 - Static-X - Cannibal
5 - Devin Townsend - Synchestra
6 - Devin Townsend presents Ziltoid The Omniscient (Special Ed. w/ Bonus Disc)

I've always been a music fan. My taste of music varies but my main interest is Rock music. My current favourite would be Devin Townsend.

So, I decide to start a thread about our music taste. Do share yours. Who knows, maybe we get to discover some new artist/music that we might enjoy listening to.

Hahaha... I can see that they're your favourite by just looking at your signature biggrin.gif .

Majority would make fun of this group saying that they are cheesy, corny, etc. Just like Winger. "Heart Of Steel" is something worth listening to if you want to lift your spirit.

My favourite track on that album are "Wheels Of Fire" and "Sting Of Bumblebee" - crazy bass line there, man.

2. Metallica
3. Sodom

still have this running when i do modelling in my room... been a fan since my school days... but a pity when Kurt Cobain decided to go 6-feet under in 1994 before i got the chance to watch them live in concert.. sad.gif

but i have watched Metallica & Sodom in Live concert in the States..... sure beat those Sure Heboh concert!! smile.gif

for a lighter note.. now the song that keep playing in my mind is When You Gone - Avril Lavigne smile.gif

QUOTE
"When You're Gone"

I always needed time on my own
I never thought I'd need you there when I cry
And the days feel like years when I'm alone
And the bed where you lie is made up on your side

When you walk away I count the steps that you take
Do you see how much I need you right now

[Chorus]
When you're gone
The pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone
The face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone
The words I need to hear to always get me through the day and make it ok
I miss you

I've never felt this way before
Everything that I do reminds me of you
And the clothes you left, they lie on the floor
And they smell just like you, I love the things that you do

When you walk away I count the steps that you take
Do you see how much I need you right now

[Chorus]

We were made for each other
Out here forever
I know we were, yeah
All I ever wanted was for you to know
Everything I'd do, I'd give my heart and soul
I can hardly breathe I need to feel you here with me, yeah

[Chorus]

ohh and no rap/hip hop for this guy.. laugh.gif

That's strange. I bought CDs from Amazon for quite sometime now. In fact since before CDNOW merge with Amazon.

The only time I failed to purchase CDs is when I tried to buy the used CDs. They don't provide that service to our country since our country is not registered as Amazon Payment Center.

My music is pretty rojak as I listen to anything from classical, operatic, jazz, pop and rock depending on mood...Linkin Park, Green Day, Michael Buble semua pun boleh...

My favourite, though, has gotta be movie soundtracks especially those from Hans Zimmer (Crimson Tide, The Rock, Gladiator, Pirates of the Carribean). Current album I'm listening to is Steve Jablonsky's Transformers score smile.gif

I don't like those heavy metal/ hard rock.
Linkin Park, Eminem, Gorillaz, Maroon 5, etc is still acceptable.
Avril Lagvine one of my favourite as well as Utada Hikaru. Currently 'hooked' with the "Beautiful World", theme song of Evangelion Rebuild.

Sentimental music from Secret Garden, Enigma, Sarah Brightman, Enya etc also one of my collection. laugh.gif

I listen to anything which suit my ear tongue.gif

Lots of people say that I was born in wrong era. ninja.gif Suppose to be in 40-60'ies. laugh.gif Well I don't really hear those heavy rock music (or any genre that associated with the genre) cause it will cause me headache. Slow rock boleh, but more to Jazz and oldies.

When I sit at the model chair, usually I played those pre-war time music. Makes me really in the mood.
