^ members at this forum voted for who they think should get the award.. and anyone I believe can nominate someone by a certain deadline.. and then the voting starts.. and then later the winners are shown for the most voted for. ^^
I'll be sure to vote for the next one since I was able to get to know the forum bit more and see whos active and contributes a lot.. =] and maybe i"ll nominate too.. ^^
