Bo is horrified when Nora suddenly collapses. Michael begins to treat Nora as she suffers a seizure and calls for Spencer's help. Spencer explains to Bo that Nora has a brain aneurysm that ruptured and will need surgery. Bo blames himself for Nora's plight as she's wheeled into the operating room. Tess is incredulous when Jessica claims they are pregnant but later gets proof after taking a home pregnancy test. Jessica believes she is pregnant with Antonio's baby but Tess is certain Nash is the father. Rex is desperate to get proof of RJ's illegal activities as Jamie's custody trial gets underway. Natalie simply wants happiness for her and John. Cristian begins to suspect that Carlo could be the man who held him captive and brainwashed him on the ship.

Tess insists to Jessica that Antonio would never accept Nash's child. Tess doesn't tell Nash that she's pregnant and makes plans to contact a family planning center. John is desperate to get the thugs he arrested to implicate RJ. RJ is confident the judge will continue to allow Jamie to live with him. The judge awards custody of Jamie to Antonio after John arrests RJ in the courtroom. Cristian finds a cryptic note in the law book he requested from the prison library. Cristian becomes unnerved when he realizes he's been unconsciously drawing a pyramid symbol over and over. Rex and Natalie realize they are still holding on to Jen and Cristian, respectively, but find a way to let go of their first loves and move on. Bo gets a grim prognosis about Nora from Michael. Hugh and Marcie join Bo at the hospital. Marcie writes her thoughts about the lessons life teaches people.

Blair is angry to find a story about her in one of the tabloids. Todd tries to assure Blair that Margaret is out of their lives forever. Blair and Todd try to be optimistic about the future. A decomposed body is seen floating in the lake. Paige fears that Spencer has a vendetta against Bo. Nora remains unconscious after her surgery and Spencer warns Bo that Nora might not wake up. Rachel and Bo sit by Nora's bedside. Bo apologizes to a comatose Nora. Spencer becomes threatening when he finds Ginger snooping in his office. Duke tells Kevin about his fight with Adriana. Duke refuses to speak to Adriana and later pulls Ginger into an impulsive kiss. Kevin advises Adriana to end things with Duke. Dorian is adamantly opposed to Kelly trying to get pregnant with Kevin's baby. Dorian confronts Spencer with the computer file she stole in an effort to blackmail him into not performing the procedure on Kelly.

Lindsay becomes upset when Antonio arrives to take Jamie home. John isn't concerned about RJ's threats. Antonio is going to look for Jessica and asks Layla to join him. Tess isn't truthful with Nash. Nash wants to have a future with Tess. Todd tells Viki that Margaret is pregnant but doesn't confess what happened while in the rowboat. Dorian blackmails Spencer. Paige turns to David for help where Spencer is concerned.

Tess makes a decision about her pregnancy. Nash is haunted by past mistakes. Antonio keeps the truth about Jessica from Layla. Blair tries in vain uncover the secret Todd is keeping. Carlo has plans for Cristian. Evangeline warns John that Cristian's life is in danger. Viki apologizes to John.
