Do we even know for sure they are not together anymore? I remember them saying they were going to do their own thing until Bo was touring again.

Well since Bo IS touring again I guess that answers our question...

Sorry Diane but I have to disagree with you on that, I thought that was an acoustic set and wasn't Tommy with his band SM there with him, and since Bo IS touring again as you put it, I am going to wait and see who will be there with him.

May is just around the corner so we will know soon enough. BUT, according to bobice.com this whole tour is acoustic.

Announcing Bo Bice in an acoustic show series!

That leads me to believe that what we saw at Exit-In is what we will be seeing on the rest of the tour (with or without Tommy is yet to be seen). Gary Nichols will definitly be there for most of them (if not all) according to Bo's MySpace.

Nope: Bo is doing an acoustic tour with, it appears, Gary Nichols. Tommy was at the Exit/In (so I'm hoping he'll be with Bo and Gary at the other shows; keyboards are a plus) along Chris Tompkins. None of the other S$ guys were there, not even in the audience.

I agree with Diane. Bo is already on tour (or dates are set), and the only person mentioned to be on with him is Gary.

What I was trying to say until we hear from Bo that SM is no more, than I am going to think they are unless one of the other bandmates has officially announced this? Don't get me wrong I me going to love see Bo live again (twice) biggrin.gif I would also love to see the SM guys with him also, but if is not meant to be than so be it...

Gotta say, I am 1st and foremost a Bo Fan. I began to like the other guys, but actually in the 4 times I saw them, I can honestly say, I have no clue if there was anyone else on the stage with Bo, cuz I only saw him. So, if they go back with Bo, good, I know they are his good friends....but I am a Bo Fan, and don't think I will be going to any "OLE MILL SOUTH" concerts. Peace.gif But, can't wait to see Bo w/Gary NIchols wink.gif

I have to say that I am a Bo fan, I initially went with my sister not really knowing what to expect and I was surprised and impressed with EVERYONE on stage not just BO. As the year progressed the best part of the show for me was the chemistry between the guys on stage. Bo was at his best with his band and his friends behind him, so I for one can say I noticed what every single guy brought to that stage and I am thankful that I got to see them all play together because when they were all together it was something special. Bo is an amazing performer no matter what, but the chemistry he had with SugarMoney was something I can't describe and I am lucky to have seen them all play together.

Mindy, I have to agree with you. I have seen Bo play alone several times, but the one time I saw SugarMoney, I was so impressed with ALL the guys. They each bring something special to the stage & together they created a magic that a full band brings! rolleyes.gif I am so happy to have seen them all in Nashville last year & was really looking forward to more shows with SM. I will be seeing Bo do his new shows, & I am a diehard BO FAN, but I really will miss seeing the other guys!
It was a real thrill to Kris on stage with Bo at the Skynyrd concert. He & Bo were both both on fire & so Happy!! SugarMoney, I'll be missing you!! th_1band.gif

Really??? Wow. I definitely knew there was other stuff going on on that stage. My favorite memory from a concert was Kris climbing up on Thomas' little keyboard podium (whatever the hell the word is) and the two of them playing to the crowd - that was in Burlington. LOVED IT!

Oh, I definitely knew there was more than just Bo on that stage. The whole group MADE those shows what they were - collectively.

I'm just glad they're continuing to make music...keeping me on my toes, that's for sure!

Call me naive, but I really don't think it's over. Maybe for now, but there is too much history. Unless something bad happened and I have no reason to believe anything did, I think we will be seeing them again in the future. th_1band.gif

I'm just really glad we can still come here to figure out what the guys are up to musically. I may be in the minority but I don't really care about the "drama" behind the scenes (whether real or imagined). After watching Bo on Idol, and then seeing him live in person I can certainly express a preference - I loved him even more with his band. I still consider myself a S$ fan - even if that exact group of guys is no longer together. Some artists are just better with their bands, I felt that way about Rob Thomas when he left Third Eye Blind & I feel that way about Bo. I think he's at his best when he's jamming with friends.
