Fonts are set on the "smallest" available selection and the screen is larger than the monitor.
It happened so suddenly that I don't know what happened! -------------------- |

Maggie I amswred this this afternoon and then when I went to post it my interent was down and I came up with a blank page but the weather was so bad I didnt try to get back on for a while
Right mouse click on your desktop in a clear spot And click properties/display and/Resolution and set it to the most recommended one , Sounds like the resolution is off and out of whack to me. Your husband ought to be able to help you with this one, If this dont work then post back and maby Cat or Morris or DA will have a better idea on how to fix it, All suggestions are appreciated Folks get in here and help us -------------------- Patience is the ability to idle your motor when you feel like stripping your gears.

Maggie, is that happening just here in Teepee, just in a browser, or is it affecting your whole computer ? -------------------- ![]() IDIOCRACY - The only movie that started out as a comedy and then became a documentary. |

Maggie, is it everything, or just your browser, and which browser do you use? It does sound like resoloution, but that would affect the entire computer.

Ok, first off, before you mess with anything, have you rebooted? If not, do so and see if it self corrects. If not, then check out the resoloution settings. Something you used, may have had to change them to work, and they are supposed to change back to your settings, when you are done with that program, but, sometimes, it just doesnt do that..

If this is a system with a mouse, after the reboot if things are not as you wish try holding down the Ctrl key and use the thumb wheel on the mouse. If you do not have a mouse hold the Crtl key down and use the + (plus) or - (minus) as necessary.
If the above doesn't resolve the concern and the screen resolution settings are set to where you normally have them a System Restore to a date prior to when this all started would be in order. DA -------------------- "You need not be afraid of harm when a warrior stands between you and evil".

I am glad you and your DH got that straightened out Maggie, But like Cat, Morris and DA stated sometimes there is more to it than just the resolution, but I always start with it myself when things seem out of whack
